It was very hot and there was no air flow. The power outlet wouldn’t hold my plug - it kept falling out. There was no hand soap at the sinks.

I liked the entry system and the bed configuration. Big open common area. Bright rooms and fairly clean but a lot of bathroom traffic made the floors dirty and slippery.

The hostel appeared different in the photos on booking.com, I felt they were a bit misleading. I didn't like the fact that no one was there for check in or to answer any questions. I had to go to the hotel across the lane to check in and for any questions that I had.

It actually had pretty good facilities. Awesome dining/lounge area, very small kitchen though. The room I was in was nice and clean with curtains for privacy, individual power points and drawers and lockers for storage. It was also an all female dorm room. The location of this hostel is fantastic! When you step out of the front door you are looking at the cathedral.

Stayed in a female dormitory with 10 or 12 beds which was accessed by a key card. There were two showers/toilets for the sole use of this dormitory with more available out in the common area. The beds were very comfortable, cotton sheet, pillow case and towel included. There were curtains on the bunk. Excellent location beside the cathedral.

Flooring in the bathroom areas was very tired looking. The hand basins in room 5 were very slow to empty so blocked. The waste pipe under one of the sinks in the woman's basin was dripping, I actually p ut a bucket under it.

A fellow pilgrim left his pack in the middle of the path between the bunks, resulting in tripping over his things, he keep his light on till after 10:30, we had been up since 4:30 and were extremely tired, we couldn't sleep due to his light shining g in on us, another person came in after 10pm and made so much noise. We were extremely tired the next day due to lack of sleep. A couple of inconsiderate pilgrims.

The curtains on the beds are great, good kitchen and dinning areas.

Very small kitchen, only a microwave, kettle and a sink. No soap in the shared bathrooms.

I came during the blackout but the staff did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable, even without electricity! Very friendly staff. Comfy beds with curtains for privacy. Great location, right next to the cathedral but it's down a small side-street so there's not much noise coming from the main square.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The individual lockers with hangers were useful as was the big drawer under the bed. It was great to have a small shared kitchen area to use. It was a bit too hot in the room at night unless the air con was on, but then it was noisy. I realised someone had turned the thermostat up, so once I turned that down it was better.
