The location is perfect. Our bright and comfortable room offered stunning views of the mountains and the aqua park. The variety and quality of the food exceeded all my expectations and I really appreciated the availability of free drinking water. One of the highlights was the diverse entertainment program. The water park was fantastic. You’ll never be bored here. All the staff were all polite, attentive and professional. At check-in and check-out, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and start using the hotel facilities while your room is being prepared - very convenient. There is also a laundry room (on the -1 floor) where you can wash and iron your clothes. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at on this coast. I would happily return. :)

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations – from the hotel facilities and service to the wide variety of delicious food. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The beach is only a one-minute walk from the hotel – very clean with crystal-clear water. There are also several pools to choose from, so it never felt crowded. The animation team kept the atmosphere lively and fun, without being intrusive. Overall, it was a perfect vacation. I couldn't understand why the football and tennis courts closed at 7:00 PM. That's when the sun was fading, and we had the opportunity to exercise. Unfortunately, the gates were closing, and we couldn't play. I also think the daily charge of 15 Euros for the hotel parking garage is a bit excessive. They could have provided it to hotel guests at a more reasonable price, or even free.

The hotel was very affordable and nice in terms of accommodations and food options. The fact that halal food was available was a real surprise for us. It was incredibly important that true Muslims also consider this. Access to the water park, pools, and the sea could be this easy.

We took the breakfast and dinners included into the day and while breakfast are extremely nice it’s what you would expect from four star hotel for dinner the zoo kind of old-fashioned arrangement that if you want to buy anything not from fair not like wine or juices for the kids, you have to stay in line to get the paper Which will be used later to check it out so you stay in one line to get the paper then you have lunch then you it’s very difficult to wait for for a waiter because waiters are extremely busy during the dinner so you have to wait for the waiter and then there is no line when you wanna pay for whatever you drink drunk most likely right whether it’s alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages I think plenty of ways to simplify an eliminate The excuse and simplify the process of the waiting time as minimised. I mean you can imagine that we would just pay for whatever order in some proper way just write it to the room you know overall this is and then one negative thing I remember the most is every day waiting for someone to come and take your order because there’s no enough people serving the tables. We ended up deciding not to buy anything in during the dinner and just have a drink, which I don’t think it’s kind of beneficial for their for the hotel, but that’s kind of low service acceptable in my opinion yeah I hope you can fix it.

Travelled with the family with two kids the hotel is very well. See you for this type of family vacations the continuous more than decent. The pool area is quite large. There is plenty of space for kids to enjoy themselves. You can also access the beach. It’s two minutes walk from the pool site. The bars are open during the days so you don’t have to go anywhere far from the pool. You can watch your kids and drink your mojito just two minutes outside of the backyard. There is a proper Aquapark and the pricing is included into the state which is nice is also at least one kids club and there is some activities during the day as well, so as a place to stay with the family for a week, I find it actually quite nice Especially if the kids are not old

The queue to the hotel’s restaurant was sometimes a bit long but it wasn’t too bad at all.

The Wi-Fi was a major disappointment. Out of the 7 days I stayed, it didn’t work for 5 of them. For a hotel of this category, that really shouldn’t be happening and needs serious improvement.

Everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was very helpful—especially the Go & Fun team, who were incredibly pleasant and put on great shows for the kids. I’d like to especially praise Ariana—she was always smiling, positive, and brought so much energy. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Location is the only factor. It’s quite a journey from Barcelona airport so the transfer was expensive.

Very modern, stylish and clean. Rooms were well decorated, huge bathroom with walk in rainfall shower and bidet. Beds were very comfortable and all 4 of us had proper beds instead of a sofa bed. This is a MUST for us as it makes all the difference to our holiday.

The beds were somewhat small and not very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, and the room became warm and humid quite quickly. The walls were thin, and we could hear conversations from the neighbouring room at night. During our stay, we only had access to the hotel's free Wi-Fi for one day, and the staff could not resolve the issue. It seemed to be a common problem affecting other guests as well, though it was unclear whether it was due to the hotel’s system or a wider network issue in the area.

The hotel was in a great location, right by the beach, offering beautiful views. It was quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The entertainment was well-organised, with plenty of fun activities during the day and in the evening, catering to a wide range of age groups. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty, well-prepared with fresh ingredients, and offered a reasonable variety of options. The pool area was clean and pleasant. The room was a good size, clean and had adequate amenities.

The cleaness of the rooms could be a bit better.

The breakfast is very generous, the staff is nice and the warm pool was a plus. We also enjoyed the electric car charging for a small fee.
