Walls could be repainted and refreshed and there is some strange smell in the evening, I guess from the lake nearby. Receptionist could be nicer.

I booked my stay with breakfast and the hotel had excellent choice of food. Also, the hotel is very close to the beach.

However, there were a couple of downsides. The walls are extremely thin – we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including people snoring, which was quite irritating at night. Also, although we had the half board option, you can’t even get a glass of water during dinner without having to pay extra, which felt a bit unfair. Overall, still a pleasant experience, but a few small improvements could make it even better.

We had a great stay at this hotel and everything exceeded our expectations! The food was excellent – diverse, fresh, and tasty at every meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The beach is very close to the hotel, which was a big plus, and we received fresh beach towels every day. Our room was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised when the reception gave us a beach umbrella that was left by previous guests – a small gesture that made a big difference! We arrived late in the evening, and the staff still offered us dinner, which we truly appreciated after a long trip. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

The balcony overlooked another entertainment stage which was probably the main drawback. The evenings were pretty noisy/intrusive because of that.

Clean, and had needed amenities. Very close to the beach, and had all that was needed. Paid for the breakfast buffet one day - and it seemed great. Easy spot to get the airport bus to/from.

The hotel wasn’t too large or noisy. I had a single occupant room which was very comfortable. Excellent customer service from all staff who were very fri, welcoming and helpful.

However, the staff were not friendly — no greetings, no effort to ask how our stay was going, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. The food was quite bland, with an overwhelming number of desserts and fast food options, and not much variety when it came to fresh vegetables or salads. It felt like sugar was everywhere, which wasn’t very appealing. That said, they did offer different fish and meat dishes daily. Also, keep in mind that half-board does not include drinks.

We enjoyed the location of the property — it’s not too far from the beach and offers a beautiful view of the lake, which made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The rooms were cleaned daily, which we appreciated, and overall, it felt like good value for money. The hotel was also quiet, allowing us to rest well during our stay.

The hotel is very well maintained and in line with all previous reviewed in google/booking. We had half board with Lake view room, totally worth it. The morning and sunset view from balcony is really beautiful. Breakfast was really good, variety of options and live counter. The live counter guys was really sweet and humble, always starts to prepare omelet for me even without saying. Dinner had good options as well but good to pick an choose your options well. Hotel is 5mins walk to the nearest beach and good restaurant and grocery shops around the main street. Staff is good and helpful. There are several play areas but did not get time to use them.

The bathroom door was more a decoration rather than a door. It was half see-through and there was some space left between the door and the wall in both sides.

Good price quality ratio, food was good, there's night entertainment, free parking in the street, 10-15 min walk from the beach.

Buffet was good and each individual food item tasted nice but we never felt like we were having a meal - lots of various food types with nothing that really went together. Also, we were not allowed tap water at evening meal for half board unless paying?? We brought our own water down and this was always ok so no real dramas

There is no free water for the dinner, if you are not in a 'everything included' regime, you need to pay to drink water during the dinner.

I loved the breakfast! Tony and Pepito made the best omeletts ! Theres was a lot of different pastries, breads, fruits, eggs, etc! Also, there was a lot of variety during the dinners. Everyone was super nice and helpful, the room met our expectations and the hotel is near the beach, so you can go there by walking. The water is amazing!

the beds were a bit uncomfortable we wanted a double bed but we got 2 single beds pushed together which was a bit awkward to sleep on. otherwise pretty much everything else was great

the all inclusive cocktails are quite varied which is always nice. the buffet was quite good as well.. it was my partner's birthday and when i mentioned it they made a make-shift cake and some decorations which was quite lovely.

The hotel offers the possibility to request a lunchbox which is nice but it only comes with an apple, a pear, two small cheeses, two small cakes, a mini baguette, two slices of sandwich bread, two slices of mortadella, two of chorizo, and one of cheese. For those who are lactose intolerant, they remove items like the cheeses, the two small cakes, and the chorizo (??). The lunchbox could have more diversity of things or the hotel could give you a possibility to chose things that you like for the lunchbox A lot of bugs which is normal because the hotel is close to a river. You will need to bring a repellent but still not enough to prevent bug bites

The rooms were clean and they have daily cleaning service. Food had enough variety, all the staff was extra nice and always smiling. The best part was seeing them improve in small details: better pool snack, ending dinner a bit later. Definitely worth the money!
