Really lovely hotel. Very clean, excellent staff, a good sized pool, private beach and free paddleboards. Walking distance of lots of restaurants too. The breakfast options were extensive!

Would be nice to have a tea set in the bedroom... upon request kettle was delivered but no teas... quite surprising for a 5* hotel that it was lacking. Beds and not most comfortable and you can hear quite a lot from the neighbours... but good ear plugs will do the job.. I must say we did not sleep best at the hotel but facilities and service were amazing so we enjoyed anyway

Lovely location next to the natural park perfect for biking and walk... Great access to the beach, absolutely splendid breakfast and dinner buffet... including Caviar, Lobsters, fresh seafood and live cooking. Food is very tasty and fresh , service is excellent ... everybody is so nice and professional... real blissfull experience !

The only thing was a bit lack of cleanliness of the room. After use of plates or glasses in the room never changed or provided fresh one.Not vacuumed regularly and you may see some dirt or dust on the rug from previous night. I would advice to upgrade the toiletry.

Breakfast was amazing, the dinner is also lovely, easy access to the sea. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Employee Aiman was really attentive during the service and very friendly like all the other restaurant staff. Do not expect real 5* hotel experience however they do their best to keep everything in perfect condition make your stay amazing.

The furniture in older wings is a bit outdated compared to the refurbished rooms, however everything was extremely well maintained. This was not a problem as there were no loose knobs, squeaking noises or anything.

The pool area is just amazing as it's located beach-front so you can chill on sunbeds and enjoy pool-bar and just take a short walk through the dunes to go for a swim in the sea. There is no need to take extra sunbeds at the beach itself. There are different events organized every evening for guests (concerts, photo-shoot, food tasting etc). Both breakfast and dinner were amazing, so many choices and the staff was awesome.

Didn’t like that they don’t have rooms to sleep a family of 4. To split the family across 2 rooms seems crazy.

Maybe one working point: there could be a more strict implementation of the (existing) policy on clothing at the dinner

I feel like home. Room was well maintained. Most of the food available in restaurant or mini bar. The staff were super duper friendly. Kids club activites were also good- I had a nanny from them to take care of kids also. Super helpful

The staff is too used to have almost all german clients, so they always speak in german first, instead of english or even spanish… feels weird as we are in Spain, and especially if you don’t know a word of german!

Great experience for our first time in Majorque ! Hotel is big but feels like home and is well furbished. We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible! Great pool, and nice beach in front of the hotel. Staff was really nice. We were half board and the food was suprisingly great! (Even for picky eaters such as us French). Nice entertainment/concerts in the evening.

This is not a place for teenagers or anyone wanting some more “action”. There aren’t many restaurants nearby so plan to eat at the hotel everyday. Being in my thirties my first impression was that this hotel was a glamorous nursing home, but being done with partying myself I got used to the slower tempo. In line with this, the dining room could use an upgrade. Also one very small suggestion, would be to switch out the standard soaps and shampoos in the room with more upscale products from local artisans.

The hotel is just a few steps from a beautiful sand beach which is exactly what we wanted. In front of the hotel is a wildlife reserve and I highly recommend visiting this place in the morning before it gets too hot. Like so many have mentioned, the staff are beyond excellent, almost like they were racing to see who could fix any problems the fastest and always smiling. They all seem fluent in multiple languages as well.
