The first room they gave us was in desperate need of TLC. They did move us to a better room so if you can, upgrade. They also gave us Inclusiveness to the bar and snacks and that’s definitely worth paying for. The lifts are slow so don’t opt for a top floor if stairs or patience is not one of your strengths. The restaurant needs a little make over. The Pools were freezing! I’d have liked the indoor pool to be warmer. Overworked and understaffed at Christmas although the staff really went above and beyond. Visit the local market!

Close to the beach and shops. The reception area is nice. Restaurant is spacious. Entertainment was great! Something for everyone. Upgrade is fantastic and I’d definitely recommend it. Gym looked good - didn’t use but wasn’t too busy Sun loungers didn’t get too busy - always had space. Very pretty at night. Some good nightlife is that’s your thing but you couldn’t hear a thing at night in your room.

Food could have had more choices. We're vegetarian and had very limited options. Having said that, breakfast was very good with ample fruit, omelettes, cereals and pastries.

A map of the restaurant could have helped with what food was available at each counter. It would have saved people wandering amiously round the restaurant. I found that while I was on a starter, my husband was already on second course.

Rooms are very tired and the walls need painting plus the hairdryer was terrible. A outdoor evening bar would have been great or at least have the air conditioning on in the main bar at night

Great location, close to the beach. A warm pool with a roof was a plus in April when it was still cold to swim in the open outside pools. Food was amazing and lots of healthy options, even freshly squeezed juices for breakfast! Food exceeded our expectations. Great evening shows.

No complimentary water in room although there was a frig. Never had that in a 4star hotel before. Also bar opening times not good enough, and couldn't get a drink at certain times. Water very expensive to buy from bar, so constantly went to local shop for it.

The room was "tired" with cracked tiles and sealant around the bath/shower quite shabby. The TV was old design compared with most tvs in hotel bedrooms. There were not enough seating in the lounge bar and the music on one occasion was loud heavy rock (impossible to talk) and really not suitable for the majority of customers.

The position of the hotel was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony of the gardens and pool was very nice. The hotel foyer was very impressive and the staff were friendly and professional.

It’s a bit of a labyrinth. The second time our room was quite convenient for the stairs and lift but the first time it took us ages to find the room, then it seemed like a long trek up and down.

Only there for one night at each end of a villa holiday but everything was efficient, the room was a good size, the staff were friendly and the food was good.

Dining room was a bit cramped and noisy . Karaoke was too loud . An external disco called ‘Swing’ was dreadfully loud and noisy until 5.00am on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays . Bad news for young families and older people.

Close to beach, local facilities and a lovely central area with swimming pools, golf and food/bars . Also a good coffee bar. Good choice of food . Especially liked the dining room outdoor patio . Staff worked hard and were very helpful. We will definitely come back

Rooms are a little tired, the furniture could have done with being updated and the bathroom also was a little tired.

Good size pool, and lots of sunbeds. Breakfast nice and regularly replenished. All staff friendly and polite.
