The shower area was quite small, and the door didn’t fully seal off from the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the complimentary cake and champagne for my fiancée’s birthday they provided—it was such a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was quite small, with limited space for luggage and belongings. Cleanliness was good, though not excellent, and the bathroom and shower area could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, made memorable by the staff’s kindness and the great location.

The location is excellent - can't be beat for a first time visit to Barcelona. The rooms are on the small side, the tv in our room did not work but that was ok. For 2 people, it was definitely tight.

Truly an amazing hotel! It’s located on a wide street near the Gothic Quarter — a very pleasant and charming area. The hotel itself looks stunning, with a stylish and modern interior that really stands out. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side, but still very comfortable. We appreciated the little touches like a choice of three pillows for maximum comfort, cozy bathrobes and slippers — everything you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. The bathroom amenities were also top-notch — great quality cosmetics. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again!

We had a beautiful corner room with views. The reception area was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and left a cake and champagne in our room as it was my birthday. Great central location we walked to most attractions including the beach. We enjoyed the coffee machine and all the little luxuries.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

Firstly, the hotel is in a great location, we knew the area already from previous visits so we were really happy to be staying here. Check in was very efficient by a lovely member of staff, Enrique. We were given a fabulous room (803) with amazing views. It was my birthday during our stay and without us saying anything to any staff we were surprised by the delivery to our room of a bottle of Cava and a very delicious piece of chocolate cake. The rooftop bar was an added bonus with the great views. Cannot fault anything about the hotel and are already talking about our next stay here.

No blackout. But that was not the hotels fault. It happened to all of Spain & parts of Europe and only lasted about 14 hours.

The location, room & staff where great! We arrived when all of Spain had a blackout. The staff walked us & our luggage up 8 flights of stairs. They went out of there way to accommodate us during this crazy time. Even when the blackout ended the staff was fantastic.

The purpose of our trip was for our mother’s 60th birthday. We came as a group with my mother’s sister as they are twins and were 60 together. It was disappointing that my aunties room was upgraded and received birthday treats, we asked if our room could be upgraded as well as it was both their birthdays and were told no. It did dishearten my mother.

The property was in a great location, very clean and easy check in and check out.
