The guy in the next room left his TV on all night loudly, tried to sleep with earplugs to no avail, tried to ring reception on both phones but they were both dead, so rang on next doors bell at 4am then all went quiet!! It was a nightmare & staff at the hotel next door where we got the keys they just apologised & said they would report the faulty phones!! Not happy as the whole reason for staying there was to have a good rest and sleep before a 15hr flight!!!

Lovely clean apartment great size and comfortable bed, was only for 1 night before a long haul flight so ideal for us, the restaurant downstairs was amazing the food excellent especially the steak, local shops and bars good too. I liked the coffee machine and pastries on offer in the foyer for breakfast too.

The card keys didn't work properly. It took to long before unlocking the door.

The facility is a little run-down, and the location is not great unless you have a conference nearby, as I had. The Metro station is a 5-minute walk, and from the other is a 20-30-minute drive to the main attractions of Barcelona. Not for tourists who want to tour the city.

A ten-minute drive from the airport. Basic facilities. Use the reception of the adjacent hotel, which is a two-minute walk. The units had a living room with a dining area, a seating area, a desk, and a small kitchen with two small fridges. There is a bedroom with a large cabinet, a safe, and a TV. For what I was looking for, this was all fine, especially compared to the nearby hotel which was way overpriced.

We hade a 3 year old toddler with us so we needed to trow a lot of dirty diapers. But we only had 2 very small trash cans to use. And they didn’t left extra bags for us to use. When we booked, we said specifically that we had our 3 year old son with us. Besides that everything was fine.

Cards stopped working during the night and I had to wait in the cold to figure it out, before going to the reception desk. The next morning my friend returned from breakfast and his card also did not work so he had to wake me up to get in. Booking specifies breakfast is until 10.30 when it is actually at 10. Very disappointed to miss it.

Check-in was good, quick and without problems. Checkout was also good. Complimentary snack in the morning + coffee/juice. Modern suite with high quality bathroom, decent kitchen, a double bed and double couch.

Very spacious apartment equipped with all necessary amenities. We got an early check-in. Simple breakfast available - coffee, juices and some pastries. Very close to metro station.

The speed of WiFi internet is terrible...I felt sometimes as 20 years ago. Other than this, there is nothing to negative comment.

The small apartments hotel belongs to the 5* Hesperia hotel. The room air conditioner is quiet, the bed is very comfy, bathroom top, everything was exceeding my expectations. The metro station in front of Barcelona University is only 200m away and gives you fast and easy access to all you wish to see in this beautiful city. There is no really need to pay expensive hotels in city center.

The hotel is well connected with the airport by bus and well connected to the city by metro. Value for money.
