The location was slightly out of the city centre but a totally manageable distance walking. The breakfast could have had slightly more variety.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel was stylish, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the pool was lovely for sunbathing and nice and quiet.

If there is a hen / stag / large party they can dominate the small pool area. I had a German hen party there when I stayed and they left such a mess, were really and made me feel uncomfortable for taking up space in the communal area.

I’ve stayed a few times before and really rate the location and it has a really chilled vibe. The staff are fantastic, so lovely and will go above and beyond to assist.

Bed comfort is not in line with the level the hotel tries to reach. Pool was dirty.

Really uncomfortable bed including lumpy pillows. Air conditioning didn’t really work so it was very hot and stuffy in the room. Staff on reception were not particularly welcoming, with a lazy attitude . When asked for restaurant recommendations we were just told to walk down the road and we will find something

It is a bit of a walk into town, very doable if willing to walk about 15/20 minutes which we were, but it might turn some people off when its hot/ late at night. If you are looking to be in the centre of things I would recommend somewhere closer to the cathedral / Passeig del Born or the seafront.

Decor is beautiful in this hotel, the rooms are gorgeous with lovely touches of magazines and books about Mallorca on the bedside table. The hotel seemed like it could feature in one of the magazines the interior was so impressive. The rooftop pool/ terrace is very nice too, not as good a view as some of the rooftop bars/hotels in Palma as the location is a bit further out, and limited number of beds/ lounge areas. The pool is quite small, perfect if only a few guests are there but two large groups arrived when we were using the terrace and it felt a bit cramped.

The large desk does prevent you from getting a good view of the outside from the room (not sure how other rooms are designed). The rooftop can serve this purpose tho it would more convenient if its couches were equipped with nicer covers or more pillows to improve the general look and coziness of the place. Be cautious with the shower water as it may get very hot. We recommend reserving a taxi in advance if planning to go out in the evenings / nights as waiting times may be very long, but this does not depend on the hotel and again walk distance to the center is not long.

We liked the room and its furniture, it comes with a large desk by the window. Very good shower room and comfortable beds. A big plus to the generous and complimentary selection of drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. That's way more than any other hotel normally offers. About 10 to 20 min walk to the old town depending on where one needs to go. The staff was lovely and accommodating. We did enjoy the city view from the rooftop and its quiet at night time. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Lovely place to stay when you are visiting Palma. The hotel is 15 min from the city centre by foot. The vibe of the hotel is amazing, together with the pool and terrace on the roof, it is the ideal getaway from the city :)
