The staff were friendly and the location was great- right on the beach and within an easy walk of the bus stop for the bus into palma which ran every 7 minutes. Bars and restaurants were also nearby but it never felt too loud or busy.

IrelandOur room smelled of sewage on and off, staff not enough english to understand or care. There was a smell also in the bar, I suspect the hotel has a sewerage problem in general. I don't rate the room service, my sons sheets were wet and they just remade the bed wet. Told them about the smell and they started cleaning the toilet, i said no its under the floor not the toilet, he said oh and left. Never came back, no follow up. No coffee in the room, no milk creamers either.
The hotel is nice, 3 pools, indoor was very handy as too cold in April to use the other 2 pools. But the indoor pool area a bit grubby and not a wellness area. Fine for little kids. Food was fine but I've had much better in other hotels. Nice quiet hotel, beach across the road. If you have kids a resort hotel would be better. Bus really handy for Palma, Fan shopping centre 10 mins away. Outlet mall 20 mins in taxi (check they are open before you go).

United KingdomWe did not stay at the Hm gran Fiesta as they are doing works. We stayed at the Hm Ayron instead, however Hm gran Fiesta is less stars but the better hotel. The staff at Hm Fiesta are more welcoming and there is more to do.

This is my 4th visit to this lovely hotel.. location is spot on..next to the beach..terrace outdoor pool and indoor heated pools are excellent..room was very clean.. especially the first floor sea facing rooms..also there was BRUT champagne complimentary in my room..

United KingdomYou have to pay for certain sunbeds on the rooftop which doesn’t seem necessary if you’re already paying for the hotel. Deposit required for towels at the pool, these are not freely handed out and you can’t swap them everyday.

United KingdomIt is a very busy hotel and consequently you have to queue everywhere : 3 lifts only (and very small for such a big hotel) But an extra panoramic one is bigger and less busy. Not enough coffee machines in the big breakfast area, not enough chairs around the swimming pool. Also for a hotel of this standard the bed linens should be of a better quality. Rooms are clean with a modern shower room and a terrace. Don’t expect luxury though.
I loved the location by the sea. The beach promenade is beautiful especially at sunset. Plenty of cafes and restaurants along the beach. Mini-supermarkets as well. Bus to Palma city opposite the hotel car park (very cheap: 2 Euros for a 25 minutes drive). Hotel has a comfortable elegant lobby with a terrace opposite a great and clean swim pool where cafe and food is served. Breakfast is great with quite a large variety of dishes. Fresh fruit every day. Room cleaning is very good as well.
