The hotel restaurant staff. We have stayed here 3 times in the last 9 months and each time we have tried to get a drink we've found the staff rude and almost annoyed when we asked for service. They advertise Happy hour from 4 until 5 but when we tried to get a drink the lady came out of the kitchen ( after 15 mins waiting) and was really rude. I can understand why it's not busy if that's how they treat people. I'm not a fussy person but I work in catering and would never treat people this way.

Beautiful spacious rooms, wonderful views The cleaning staff and reception staff were amazing so accommodating they couldn't do enough for us. I love this place

There is no housekeeping on Sunday (understandable) and Thursday.

Excellent location, very convenient parking area. Amazing views of Amadores Beach below and stunning sunset over the ocean from the large terrace. Excellent facilities in the apartment; very well equipped and extremely clean.. Excellent free wifi. Staff friendly and helpful. We would whole-heartedly recommend this apartment and would book again if returning to Gran Canaria.

The only let down was the breakfast - we went at 10am and it looked like everything sat there for ages and a very little choice of things. Apart from that, the food in the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced.

Extremely good value for money - the location and the ample space, the pool, everything was excellent!

I did not like that there was only one shuttle in the morning to the town. I also did not realise how steep the climb is from the centre to the hotel. There was limited places to eat near the hotel unless you walked down to the centre but then the hike back up was not worth it.

It is worn out, not maintained enough. Broken crockery, pre-washed towels, worn furniture. Really a shame it isn't kept a bit better... Noise from Palmera Mar (Hotel next door) in the evening destroyed the silence that otherwise characterizes Amadores!!

The terrace was large with a beautiful view and sunbeams. Nice big apartment with everything you need. Convenient with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. It could be perfect....

Cant say that didnt like but have to be mentioned.. No oven, only microwave. Super Amadores beach is right there, but still quite long walk down the hill, challenging for old people. Could have more english speaking tv-channels.

Super apartment, 2bedroom with 2 bathrooms ,nr 603. Spacious, clean, well equiped. Good housekeeping. Super view, as on the website pictures. Good whirpool bath. Super heated pool, would say 25+ degrees for sure. Breakfast was good for only 8.5€, child half price.. Good wifi even for watching live videos for example..

We were given an upgrade for the first three days of our stay and loved it so much we extended our stay twice .there is absolutely nothing to fault here .it's just perfect ..reception were just lovely with any question at all .housekeeping superb .view amazing .pool was perfect temperature.location ideal for us but be aware it's on an extremely steep walk up the hill but five euro in a cab does the job too X will always be first choice when we return to gran canaria

We liked all, but you need to be aware that you need a car if you are with kids or older person. The guy in reception also could be a bit more happy and friendly. 🙂

Super views, really warm heated pool, very clean, great terrace, they offer cleaning every day, private parking, apartement very well equipped and you have also dish washer, washing machine and dryer, really large and good bed. Appartement is not very modern, but you really have all you need and it is in good quality.

Overall it looked a bit tired. It sits at the top of the hill which could be difficult for some guests. The shower temperature could be a bit temperamental. The aircon was locked at 16 degrees.

We loved the size of the apartment and its layout. It had a utility room, a large bathroom with a corner bath, a great kitchen area despite no cooker, a spacious dining / sitting room area. A lovely sized balcony with a table and chairs for 4 plus two sunbeds. The pool area was nice and quiet. The views over Amadores were brilliant and the sunsets beautiful. There is also a carpark but it is a bit tight even with a small vehicle.
