There was a cockraoch in our flat, although the staff has helped us dealt with it promptly.

Breakfast at the snack bar was a little bit expensive. No fresh coffee at the snack bar (machined brewed). Pool needs a few repairs. Perhaps a few more umbrellas around the pool would be nice. These are not negatives, just feedback to make the stay better.

Great views. Comfortable, large beds. Excellent apartments and balconies. Nice hotel grounds, tropical plants and trees. Always sun loungers available.

I found the pillows uncomfortable. I typically sleep on very low pillows but this is a personal preference.

The flat is cosy, very clean and comfortable with a wide range of facilities. The staff are highly helpful and friendly. Exceptional customer service is provided by Jeorje in the reception and the rest of the team. The maintenance team is also quick and effective.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Sunbeds in balcony were also great. Pool was really nice too. We used the free bus back and forth to the beach and this was great.

The only thing I can think of is the fact that the pool closed early and I never got a chance to swim there. Also, it would have been nice if the restaurant was open longer

I was disappointed with the food at this location a full menu was advertised along with opening times at point of entry for the apartments, However opening times seemed to depend on the day and how the staff were feeling.Full menus were never available during my stay just a very limited snack menu.You can not rely on the bar being open at advertised times.Breakfast offering is very limited.

The aircon in room 406 in the bedroom doesn't work. I noted other reviews have stated this so ongoing issue. I reported first day and nothing was done to fix this. In the summer it would be unbearable to sleep. Also 406 balcony is literally inches away from the restaurant tables so zero privacy on the balcony.

Wonderful quiet hotel, beautiful views, 20 mins from the beach, 5 minutes from the Europa Centre. Staff were pleasant, cleaners work very hard. Huge comfy bed, powerful shower, hairdryer and washing machine in apartment. Pool always peaceful and lots of beds well spread out.

Perfect location! Walking distance to beach, supermarket, europa centre then 5 mins drive from commercial/mogan mall which taxis are cheap to around €6/7!!! The hotel has beautiful views and sunsets on the balcony in the evening! Pool is amazing too, everything about this location and hotel is amazing will be going back again !!!:))))

Having a fully equipped apartment is really nice. We are able to stay in and cook our own meals. And on the days that we want to dine out, beach restaurants are near. Puerto Rico is about 5 minutes on taxi for more action and lively evenings. We love the massive space in the accommodation.
