Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

very nice place at a perfect location, right in the middle of old district. there were snacks and expresso coffee capsules for breakfast. there is s paid underground parking a few minutes walk away 15 euro/night

I liked it all.
This apartment was so central and situated in a well maintained block just round the corner from the main area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Prior to arrival, the owners made contact to give us all the information we needed to access the apartment. If I needed anything, I could WhatsApp the owner and she answered almost immediately. She was so friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again. It was perfect.

Eccellent apartment, very well maintained and arranged. Perfect location right in the city center, close to everything. Very good host, provided all the important infos ahead of time especially were to park if you are traveling by car: bring in the city center is not easy to orientate and understand where u can park close to the property, but thanks to the info provided we managed to find a spot very close to the apartment.

I made reservation and was accommodated in less than half an hour. Keys were in the box so you don't have to wait for anyone. Apparment was clean and full equipped - dishes, coffee machine with coffee included and as nice bonus sweet pan. Then another useful things like bottle of water, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion... everything what we needed. Also very nice personal, we ask for recommendation for good restaurant with sea food and were also really satisfied (La Hierbita)

Everything was good :)
Nice central place. Very clean and well equipped - they even had coffee, tea and bread for breakfast. The host was available and nice.

Loved all to be honest 😅
Super clean, amazing AC, very modern and comfortable at the same time. For a loft, is quite big! I believe a family would be comfortable even though in the same space. The Owner is quite nice! Very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this stay for anyone who needs good WiFi, amazing location, great service and a comfy bed :)

Nothing in particular, maybe the view wasn't great but it's not bad either, since you have a lot of privacy.
The location was very good, it was really close to the center in a not busy street. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars, and shops really close, there was also tram and buses. The host was really helpful and gave us some really good tips about restaurants and bars to go. The space is big enough for 2 or 3 people, it was very clean and it was also comfortable, there were also some amenities like Netflix and the kitchen had everything that we needed. I strongly recommend this place.
