The bed should be a bit longer, there isn't any safe in the room.

The ladies who greeted me were very nice. The room was adequate, the AC worked well, the shared bathroom and shower were clean. The windows are sound proof.

WiFi was miserable. Room floor wasn't been cleaned before my check in or , for long. It was sticky, and obvious foot/shoe prints was there. There's no charm to the business centre. From the outside It looks like immigrants/refugees/brothels hiding place. I think It's slightly over priced,.

For me, the greatest (and only) disadvantage was the absence of kitchen. There was a microwave. Period. I could manage with a microwave only, too (I brought my own cup and food container and prepared food by heating water in the cup in the microwave), but of course, a fridge and a kettle and maybe some dishes would be of great help. Some people write in their feedback that they got a personal small fridge, but I didn't. I think hotels could provide either breakfast or kitchen (or, ideally, both), but this one provided none of it.

There was free wifi (quite weak in my room, but still much better than nothing), very comfortable big bed, spacious clean room, great bathroom, towels provided, a big wardrobe and - most important - air conditioning that could be regulated (intensity, temperature, direction of airflow). The hostel is located in the main street, so there is quite noisy also in the night, but I turned air conditioning on, it created background noise, so as a result I fell asleep normally. There is a large terrace where one can spend time, eat and dry clothes if needed, it was very nice.

A small heating kettle inside the room would have been really helpful.

The ladies in staff were super nice. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They helped me with my request for keep the luggage for extra hours after checkout.

Room cleaning and towel change only twice per week. This can be a bit unpleasant, especially after a long day at the sandy beach.

Very central location in the heart of Sitges 3 min to the beach. Nice outdoor terrace, which you can use with other guests. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was not a refrigerator in the room which we automatically had assumed even that it was not mentioned in the hotel amenities. Anyways we got mini-refrigerator in the middle of our stay after asking for it.

Location was good considering beach and restaurants. Building is in a busy walking street so in the high season when there is more people around sounds from the street might disturb. For us that was not any problem during our stay. Overall Hostel was really clean both rooms and the common spaces. The common terrace area was nice. Staff was nice as well.

At night, there is sometimes noise from the street. The hotel is not to blame, but it is because he is simply spending the night in Sitges. That must be taken into account.

The soundproofing is a little insufficient but this is the same for many other establishments in the region. Moreover, my room overlooked the street, which is busy and often animated. However, earplugs are enough for those who are sensitive to noise.

The hotel is ideally located in the city center, close to bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well furnished and decorated simply but with a certain charm. The welcome was warm and the manager was always present in case of problems. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The 2 ladies who welcomed me were really friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in at 11am when I arrived early and to check out late on my final day.
