-NO LIFT(if you have a big baggage so god bless you with the stairs) -I didn’t know that they have a stuff although you dont call them but they come to clean your room without asking you. (Because the stuff threw away my toothpaste, by mistake i imagine) and i got many important things in my room but everything was nice. only for 2 stars hostal, 2 days costs 110€, because my 2nd day was on Saturday -No food&water&coffee machine.

The bed was soooo comfortable but the room what i chose was different and bigger. Transports and taxi station are so closed. The room is so clean

The bathroom is so small that you bump into the door with your butt while washing your teeth. There was a blackout one day with no electricity and wifi in the morning. It got fixed quickly, though. If you are sensitive to noise, take your ear plugs - you can hear everything from the staircase and neighbor room.

The room was clean and the bed - comfortable. There were amenities in the bathroom, and it was well cleaned every day. Nice linen and towels. Good air-con. The location is also OK: quite close to the Lesseps metro station with quick access to the main city sights. I didnt find “value for money” satisfactory in general, however, we booked the room only two weeks before the check-in. Being conscious of the price range in BCN, I can say it was a good option for us.

That one can hear one another from other rooms only when talking normally.. walls doesn’t have isolation at all. Very cheap, small and uncomfortable double bed. Not worth the money we payed

The room was very very very very small, just one electric socket in the room. The airdryier was not working very well, every 50 seconds it shut down. It is very expensive for what the place is.

Wonderful position, 15 minutes from the center of barcelona by metro. Good place for short vacations. Staff was very kind and quick in the answers

our room was tiny- 2m x 3 m - but this is Barcelona so more expensive than Madrid which was almost twice the size. poor a/c meant needed to keep windows open with conversations from chatting neighbours and cigarette smoke both drifting in

Though the kettle was not promised, we missed it a lot and there was no reception to ask. Also no way to indicate that room cleaning is not needed.

The mattresses were not so confortable, but the bed linen was always clean, and ordered day, by day. The room accessories was not so enough. For example no any waste bien/trash can in the room, only in the bathroom a small one. Since it is a 2 person room, it would be better to take two foldable chairs in place of one for better confort

The location is so good. It is near to a main metroline. It takes some minutes by walk. The local bus stop is so near to there. The street end the surranding is nice. The bathroom was so narrow, but it was clear. Also thank you so much for the guy who help us to check in, since we were arrived so late (after 23:00 deadline) due to the plane delay.

No réception available. I had a problem to access to my room and no one answered on the phone number. The hotel is super noisy!!! However the bad mattress was super comfy and the room was quite clean...

the place has a construction site happening out the front . no noise but not much to see . the bathroom had mould and smelt bad as the door was always closed .

well was ok . i was only there for sleeping as mainly i was at work . totally on line . check in the lot . no reception nothing . virtual keys to unlock electronical doors with code.

Lack of towels (3 towels instead of 4 towels per day). Only one chair for two people and lack of space in general. Lack of shower gels and soaps. Unchanged sheets for the whole week. Cold! We asked for extra blankets - didn't get them.

It was not the cleanest place, having some issues specially with the toilet. i called the property 2 times on my check out to ask something about it and they never picked up: being that no one is ever there, I believe that picking up the phone is the very least you can do.
