The AC started draining into the room at night. It wasn’t a big enough problem to call the night phone though the option was there and in the morning they were receptive to this feedback and eager to investigate it.

Plenty of hooks and hangers in the bathroom and bedroom. There’s an open outlet next to the bed. Outside in a one block radius there’s options for food, grocery, banks, and even a laundromat.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was unwell for part of my stay and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were always really friendly and gave the hotel a warm atmosphere. The bathroom and shower were great, the water was always nice and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, there is a metro stop at the end of the street and it’s only an 8 minute journey into the centre. They also gave us use of a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Plus the cat is so cute! I will definitely stay again if I ever come back to Seville.

The best experience I could have in Seville, the room was EXTRA clean, perfumed and bright. Everything looked brand new so it felt very cozzy. I loved the staff and I'm planning on coming back in two months with my whole family. The place is VERY near metro and bus stations so easy to go around the city

Excellent location on a quiet street, 20 minutes walk from either Santa Justa or San Bernardo train stations. Excellent price and fantastic staff who were very friendly and helpful. We used this hotel twice over our trip as we were flying in/out of Seville, both times were excellent and exactly what we were looking for (a place to rest our heads and shower). For the price of the room and the late check in (arrived at 0100), it was a very easy process and the staff made sure I had detailed information for how to get in out of hours. Appreciated the clear communication which made the trip easy. Will absolutely use this hotel again in the future when travelling in Seville.

The staff is superbly responsive and cater for your needs. The location is near a metro station to get into the city and easily accessible by bus from the train station.

The bathroom door is hard to close/open.
