Very nice and clean apartment with all the facilities you need. The host was very friendly and helpful recommanding locals and activities in the area. The apartment has a very good location, very close to the beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants and fun activities. All in all a very pleasant stay, would strongly recommend and come back anytime.

Everything was fine. We have nothing to complain about.

The host is pleasant, helpful and communicative, he also speaks English. Clean, fully equipped and air-conditioned apartment in a quiet part of the city, private seating on the covered terrace, possibility to use the swimming pool, shop next to the house, bus stop nearby within walking distance. A beautiful sandy beach with a gradual entrance to the sea is only a 2-minute walk from the house. The apartment has a washing machine with a dryer and detergents, a clothes dryer, a vacuum cleaner, beach umbrellas and chairs, the bathroom has a toilet and a shower, the kitchen has the necessary dishes, a stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer, in the living room there is a TV, a sofa and a dining table. The bedroom has a comfortable mattress, the children's room has a bunk bed, the lower one is more cramped. Seating on two terraces. At the end of the stay, the apartment must be cleaned, detergents and cleaning supplies are also provided.

The pictures do not do the apartment justice, absolutely spotless, really comfortable in a great area, all the little extras, books, games etc. Octavi is such a nice guy nothing is to much trouble, we will definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Octavi's apartment in Salou, and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best Booking.com experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, Octavi was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Octavi's kindness and communication were immediately apparent from our very first interaction. He responded promptly to all of my messages, answering any questions I had and providing invaluable local recommendations. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and at home right away. But Octavi's hospitality was just the beginning. When I arrived at the apartment, I was blown away by how clean, modern, and well-appointed it was. It was clear that Octavi takes great pride in maintaining his property, as every inch was spotless and recently renovated to an incredibly high standard. The decor was stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities I could have needed for a relaxing stay. However, the true standout feature of this apartment was its unbeatable location. Situated right in the heart of Salou, it was just a short walk from the stunning beaches, charming restaurants, lively shops, and top attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore this vibrant seaside town. Throughout my stay, Octavi continued to go above and beyond, checking in to ensure I had everything I needed and offering additional recommendations and assistance. This appartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything one may need during their stay ranging from kitchen paper, salt, olive oil to washing machine and dryer. The host is very kind and attentive, easy to communicate with. A telling example is that despite a huge delay of my flight resulting in me arriving to Salou in the middle of the night, the key transfer went smoothly. Moreover, food (milk, eggs, bread, tea/coffee, cookies, etc) was waiting for me in the kitchen. This was a very warm welcome, for which I am very grateful. Whenever in Salou again, I will aim at staying at L'Eixideta!

The two single beds/ mattress were slightly uncomfortable for a weeks stay. Would of liked a 2nd bathroom however it’s the design of the apartment.

Impeccably clean , Fully equipped apartment for the beach & the home. Very safe location on a quiet street, perfectly situated across from the beach, around a 5-10 minutes walk from the bustling main area
