Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

LuxembourgOur flat TV in the room was a bit small, about 27" and there was only Spanish channels without smart TV options. On the fifth flour the WiFi internet was presented in the room with unstable connection. Few days were school classes on site which makes noise in the corridors up to the midnight...
Pool at the end of May was warm enough to enjoy ant refresh. The food on a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets has a good selection, without much exotics, mostly local Spanish and international. Very well cooked. Room facilities are a bit outdated and old-stylish, but was in good conditions.

United KingdomFor British travellers the lack of a kettle is a nuisance. Also the breakfast selection is very Spanish with a limited selection of cold cheese and ham, some cereals and pastries and toast. Fruit juices far too sweet probably with artificial additives. bBut we are in Spain and this style is very common.
very clean and friendly staff. good location and nice balcony overlooking the pool

United KingdomThe food was a good standard and included in the price but had a limited selection for a 4 star hotel.
I enjoyed my brief stay. It was much better than expected and I had a great room with a pool (sea) view for a good price. The location is also excellent.

Very good location, friendly staff. Nobody speaks English in that town, but everyone invest a lot of effort to communicate. The hotel is very much loved by elderly, but fits young families too.

SpainI did feel they could have cleaned around the pool floor more. It was extremely dirty and full of human hair by 5pm. If you take your dog beware they aren't allowed anywhere except reception and room. I thought maybe I could at least hold her on my lap in the bar but no. I respect the decision but it meant she was on her own a lot.
Friendly staff. Lovely varied and plentiful food. Great pool. Excellent location near the town and beautiful marine walkway and beaches. If you are lucky enough to be there for a full moon the reflection on the sea is not to be missed.

SpainReally not sure its a 4 star. Rooms are very dated, as are the bed sheets, and painted yellow/orange which makes you feel like you're in a hotel from the 90s. Its a bit of a shock as you enter to the reception which is very modern and shiny. Staff very rude at times and receptionists miserable. I got an eye-roll at the pool bar asking for a glass for my beer. Restaurant is absolutely manic and the staff don't smile. Breakfast is low quality and unhealthy. Everyone bumps into you getting to the food, they act as if its their last meal on earth, when in fact everything gets replaced so its ok to chill out a bit. Oh and if you buy wine and leave it numbered in their fridge, expect some tight guest to take it and drink it for themselves!!! Snacks and fizzy drinks at the pool are overpriced, so we went to spar up the road instead. Beers wine and coffee however are priced very cheaply, for a hotel. Pool area floor was incredibly dirty every day. Full of human hair and dirt. Hardly any entertainment to keep kids busy except a very tiny television in a room which they called the 'cinema'. Second time there and probably won't go back again.
pool water is well maintained and clean. kids love the slide and bubble pool. Wifi passable, although you have to go to corridors to get full signal. Plentiful food, and varied at dinner, kids can try different types of fish every night.
