the rooms are very nicely equipped and renovated, with love to details. Very clean and the location is close to the beaches and to shops, restaurants, etc. Pool nice and clean as well.

The room we get was situated at the basement.

Location, it is situated close to the beach, has its own beach and also a swimming pool, the buffet breakfast, Even there is no shuttle bus to take you to the airport, the receptionist was helpful and called a taxi for us.

at about 3 in the night a drunk ukrainian man came to our next room. swearing and making intentional loud noises. i tried to calm him down, but his response was aggressive. it would be bad if i were a woman or maybe an older guest. then he destroyed his door knob. he did it from inside of his room. now i know. it was the naughty knob fault.

Some of the cleaners was very rude and not pleasant. Fan in the room wasn't working. Was feeling hot some nights and couldn't sleep properly because of that .

This was my 4th time there. The location is perfect for me. The bartender in pool bar is like your best friend on holidays,very good person .

Walls are too thin I think, so we could hear what's going on in adjacent rooms. However this will not stop us from staying there next time. Side tables and work table can be a bit bigger (too cramped at the moment).

Location and view from the rooms (3rd floor) was excellent. Value for money!

Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. They advised us on ordering tickets and with trips. The sea is located a few meters from the hotel across a not very busy road. Torremolinos train station is about a 20 minute walk but beware, there are a lot of stairs along the way. About halfway through, however, there is a possibility to use the elevator for 0.5 euros per person, which simplifies and shortens the journey.

The bar was closed during the day and it would have been good to be given an information sheet with the times of breakfast, bar opening times, and wifi information.

The room overlooked a beautiful, quite, well maintained garden, facilities were modern and clean. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, close to the beach and shops and bars, and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you.

Only slight issue was bathroom was on the small side.

Wonderful cleaners and great location. I had a great seaview. Shower was powerful with lots of hot water. The TV had numerous english channels.

Great staff Great location, super comfy beds. we upgraded from 3 bed basic to a 2 bedroom with balcony because it was 3 beds in room and a bathroom, so felt a bit claustrophobic . but i would stay here again overlooked sea, bars restaurants around corner easy walk to benalmedema.. Hint.. Go into the town (( Next to Hawaii restaurant is the way to town via lovely little streets and shops takes 10 min walk up steep steps but worth it)) and right next door to Mcdonalds down the escalator is a big Supermarket which we only found on 4th day. as the little ones are a lot dearer has everything you need.

My apartment was right beside a metal stairs so I could hear people walking up and down all the time which was a bit annoying. I had asked for a quiet apt. the 2 bedroom apt sleeps 4 but is too small for 4 people. only had a 2 seater couch so two have to sit on hard chairs.

The location was perfect right beside the beach! Super clean, apartment was cleaned every day and towels were changed if we wanted. staff were friendly and helpful. Asked for a toaster and wine glasses which weren’t a problem.

The roof bar was closed for the winter but no mention when I booked, I was told it closed mid September ......... shame. I only booked the hotel for the roof bar, I will no next time.

right by the Beach and Restaurants, the location was fantastic. plus the Pool was wonderful. we had a room right by the pool which was lucky and the kids and I loved it.

Loved it, easy check in/out. Small bar around pool area, great location, very clean, room cleaned daily with towel change. Booking again for next year.
