For the price, cleaning service should’ve been offered more frequently and room labels for bins in fridge, but overall, a really nice stay.

It would be great to have an elevator. My room was on the 3rd floor and I struggled with my luggage a bit.

I love it that it's so central in the city. The price is really good for the comfort and value of the room. The rooftop pool was a life saver for the heatwave.

Nothing just a little noise in the morning- but very quiet at night.

The Location of this place is exceptional, so close to the square, and yet super quiet and calm. We loved the decor of our room and it was perfect for our short stay. The rooftop was an extra bonus and perfect for a little drink to watch the sun go down. The only slight grumble is that our room was above the kitchen of we think the cafe below, this meant quiet a lot of noise early morning, we were up early most mornings so not too bad, but no chance of a lie in. Would recommend to anyone based on location, quirkyness and price- great stay!

I thought they had a luggage storage based on the Q&A in their booking.com profile (answered in 2022). However, when I asked about luggage storage options, they referred me to a store offering paid service, or they told, I could leave my luggage, but they wouldn't take responsibility if it was lost. That wasn't what I expected, but it was still a nice place to stay

Very centrally located, clean hostel/hotel with mid-sized rooms. They have good taste in interior design: it shows that they put an effort into it. The shared kitchen, spacious common area, and the rooftop pool are all pluses.

The room (8) is a bit too small.

The location is in the city center, just a few steps from the cathedral. The room was clean and comfortable.

As stated on many reviews it is noisy, even with earplugs... but because of the location I would say it is still worth it despite this.

The location is unbeatable! Just few steps from the Cathedral, and the Real Alcazar. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was as on the picture, and the shared kitchen was very convenient especially the coffee machine! We had informed the hotel that we would arrive a bit before the check in time and we had the good surprise to receive a message once we got to Seville informing us that our room was ready earlier.

During the night it can be quite noisy because at about 2-3 AM the public cleaning service comes to pick the trash. As we had just 3 nights booked here it didnt really bother us

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. We especially loved the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax and cool off after a day of sightseeing or even during the mid-day(take a break). Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the rooms and common areas really stood out. Our room was small but very cozy, with a warm and welcoming vibe.It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the ambiance added a lovely touch to our overall experience. Highly recommend Lukanda Hospec if you're looking for a charming, centrally located place to stay in Seville.

Loved the arty way the whole building was decorated. Well located, easy to find and having all the necessary facilities and features.

(1) We had to purchase our own toilet paper when we ran out. (2) The only handrail on the stairs is a piece of glass and the stairs are a bit slippery. Not convenient for those with even a mild limit to mobility.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was very kind and helpful. They are not there 24/7 which is nice- it kind of feels like a community home. It is blocks away from all of the main attractions which was convenient. Also be away that it is quite noisy because of this. It was not a problem for us though- it is very quiet at night. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. We ended up purchasing a similar shower head for our apartment back in NY because we liked it so much. There is a communal kitchen and everyone respected our drinks/food. We had a great stay and will absolutely return.

Cleaning could be improved, ex: bathroom drawer, towel, little sofa at the end of the bed.

Location is wonderful, the room is tiny but comfortable and pretty. We had good support from the staff during Spain blackout.
