The bed matresses were very soft and not at all convenient. The room did not have a rubbish bin and there was nothing to put the luggage on, and we used the balcony chair for that purpose.

The wifi was not great… it constantly cut in & out. Our neighbors unfortunately were a little loud.

The staff was very friendly & professional. The room was big & comfortable. Great location to public transportation & to all the main attractions.

In general everything was ok. I would like though for the room to have an extra larger bin and not only the small one in the bathroom. There was some noise occasionaly from the other rooms, so the sound proof could be better.

The room was very comfortable and it was a double bed as we requested. The staff is very helpful and willing to fulfill all our requests. The Location is also nice, not too far from center and in a very quiet neighborhood in where many cafes, super market and the metro/bus is within short walking distance. I would definetely recommend it.

The repairs were ongoing and we were not informed beforhand though hotel staff have apologized and the construction noise was only during working hours so it was quite ok. The soundproofing is not enough for the noises coming from the other rooms - could hear nearly everything my neighbours did.

Location - walking distance from most attractions. The size of the room was very good with a little balcony. All the staff members at the reception were extremly helpful and friendly. Some of the cleaning staff were amazing at cleaning and went extra mile. Comfortable bed and shower. Little kitchenette.

The shower door was flimsy, and when sliding to open it moved as if it was coming off. It never did thankfully. I did not report this as I am sure the cleaners noted this.

The suite was really spacious and naturally well lit. Bed was very comfortable. I had a corner room so it was lovely on sunny days.

I love the way it was near to both the metro and train stations. Lots of fabulous cafés around the area. Hotel was beautiful, staff were nice and room was lovely.

the fact that we don't receive the room we've booked, it doesn't look like the photos, next to us were someone who drill and there was a lot of noise early in the morning, and when we said that to the stuff they said on saturdays and sundays doens't work, but they worked and they lied to our face, the minibar doesn't work at all

location was great, it was clean and a lot of restaurants/groceries near the hotel and they kept our luggage

There was no room with a kitchenette prepared for us, which we had booked. However, the staff was great. They offered us another room and a free breakfast. So we didn't need the kitchenette after all. The staff was generous to us, which we appreciate very much. Moreover, great location close to public transport including metro!

The view from window was not pleasant, they did daily cleaning but floor never feel like cleaned. I took room with kitchen and it was not worth utensils were in poor conditions so I didn't used it.

The walls are thin and i could here my neighbours as they were in my room and i could hear the noises they did since their bed was against the wall

- Bed was not comfy at all. I booked a double bed, but it was just two weird beds pushed together. The beds kept moving on the floor so i practically had to still sleep on one side of the bed

- Metro stop 3-4 min away - Huge room - I did not know there would be a kitchenette (didn't focus on the photos/description) so that was a nice surprise - Quiet neighbourhood - my windows were facing the street - Nice, ample selection of breakfast - Late checkout was available (1PM) - Friendly staff
