The non stop loud music, both during the day but mainly during the night. does it really need to be every night until 11pm and at such a loud volume? Its not a concert stadium, I can’t believe a 5 star hotel which attracts a lot of families risks making customers unhappy with the noise every evening to please a few. My advice - make it less frequent and lower volume.

I liked everything.

Everything, location excellent. Beach on the doorstep. No shortage of sunbeds and new pool towels every day. So clean. Golden mile on one side of hotel and beach on the other. No noise at night.

Booked via booking.com for 2 families with 2ad & 2ch. Upon arrival told that the booking was for 2 adults only and they charged us then for the kids. Almost €1000. Be careful when booking!!

Rooms were quite noisy, i could here every little noice in the corridor and due to a connecting door, every conversation of a room next door. The animation was a little annoying, because not much was happening, but was quite loud. No activities was really offered.

Feels fresh and stylish. Nice, attentive stuff, especially at the restaurants - Diablo and Coal, where i end up having dinner every evening. Compared to anything the city had to offer, skyrocketed difference in quality and service. Room was nice and clean, very nice pool, a lot of space. Stylish bar area at the terrace. Location is great, busing area around with shops, short drive to the airport and beach in 3 ‘minutes walk.

Not much to say about it. The only thing I could said is that the walls of the rooms are quite thin, you can listen to your neighbours. In fact, the first night I was awakened by the cry of a baby at 5 in the morning until 9. But luckily the reception staff was very kind in changing my room.

Everything was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, perfect temperature in the pool, mattress really comfortable.

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel as a family of five, and our experience was truly wonderful. We booked a suite for three of us, while the other two enjoyed a standard double room. Both accommodations were modern, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the dining experience. Breakfast was always a delightful affair, with a variety of delicious options that made each morning exciting. We also dined at the hotel's Italian restaurant, which offered an exquisite meal that exceeded our expectations. The pool area was another great feature, providing a refreshing escape during our stay. There were plenty of sun loungers available, which meant we could relax without feeling crowded. What truly stood out was the helpful and friendly staff at the reception. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a memorable vacation. With comfortable rooms, excellent dining, and a welcoming atmosphere, it was the perfect choice for us!

Strange way the room was furnished. Little drawer space. No chair. Small mirror in the bathroom totally useless. Soaps poor quality and difficult to operate. Food - nothing much for vegetarians but loads of interesting meat dishes.

The bed only had one commforter when we would have liked two, but it was not a major dealbreaker for us, the wifi and smoke detector did blink alot during the night and it would be nice if they blinked less ore were stationed in the livingroom. Otherwise it was great, thank you!

Not much, prices of drinks disproportionate compared to bars around the corner. I expect to pay more in a 5 start but not 3-4 times the local price. Some of us got dressing gowns and slippers and some didn’t so consistency could have been better.

Room Door into the hall has no soundproofing. Our room was close to the elevator, and we could hear everyone coming in at night.....upto 3am most nights. Everything else was very nice.

Cannot fault anything.

Fantastic stay , hotel is clean, comfortable bed. Pool is huge, central with all amenities around it. Staff very helpful and breakfast staff always smiling. Hubby broke his ankle a couple of days before our stay and they accommodated us with a room near to everything as I requested. Great access straight outside to some lovely restaurants and shops . Beach is beautiful just a walk straight out the back gate to watch the sunset Nice gym, small charge to use it but didn't bother me, plenty of space in there to work out. Good entertainment, great live music. Will definitely book again, one of our best holidays apart from a broken ankle 😂
