Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandStopping in front of the hotel to unload the car is not possible. The parking situation around the hotel is a bit problematic. Especially if you need a disabled parking space like I did. There aren't many public parking areas around the hotel and just two parking fields for disabled persons. The public parking is subject to charges at defined times of the day. The maximum payable parking time however is limited to about two hours. I therefore recommend taking advantage of the hotel's parking offer, which I unfortunately overlooked when booking. As the name of the hotels says, it is a town hotel. There is traffic all around the hotel which can be bothering when sleeping with open windows. But the aircon is strong enough to create a good sleeping climate with closed windows.
The Meem Townhouse is located just a stroll away from the main square and the train station. The furnishings are modern, but very cozy and inviting. The self-check-in worked very well. The breakfast was sufficient with very good and fresh products. The egg dishes are freshly prepared on request. You can help yourself to fruit, pastries, water and wine at any time at the daily buffet.

United StatesThe ONLY con we had was the parking situation. There are 4 reserved spots for Meem guests in a parking lot, but it was about 1/4 mile from the townhouse & with our bags and the small cobble stone sidewalks of Soller it was a bit of a pain to lug everthing to and from. Our rental car was also on the larger side & we had trouble fitting in the parking spots.
Meem Townhouse was such a beautiful place to stay! The common spaces, as well as the rooms were clean, comfortable & so chic! Breakfast each morning was absolutely one of our highlights & we loved the ability to grab coffee, snacks, etc at any time throughout the day. The location couldn't have been better either, highly suggest this gorgeous accomodation!

EstoniaIt was so noisy on the street and we heard other guests coming and leaving really well. They provided us airplugs but these didnt help at all.

United StatesThe parking is difficult as Soller is a small town. Many of the parking spaces you need to be awake early to move the car or you will be towed or ticketed. There is a lot near by but it gets full quickly and also has a max time for the parking meter.
The rooms were spotless, the bed was big and comfortable, we had been traveling throughout Europe for 8 days and it was the best sleep we have gotten our entire trip. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. They even offer fresh avocado with a choice of scrambled eggs.

AustraliaThe space is beautifully designed, combining a sense of privacy with an inviting ambiance that immediately makes you feel at home. Jessica and Albert are exceptional hosts, their commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property. The Mediterranean-style breakfast on offer is the perfect way to start the day, and we were particularly impressed by their thoughtful accommodation of our gluten intolerance. The entire space exudes a zen-like tranquility, with clean, spacious rooms that invite relaxation. It's rare to find a place where there truly are no faults, but this hotel achieves just that. One point to note for future guests is that the parking is a short walk from the hotel. This was not an issue for us as we appreciated having a guaranteed spot amidst the narrow streets of Sóller.

United KingdomParking is tricky but that’s Mallorca for you!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning boutique hotel in Soller, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. Jessica, our gracious host, struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed while ensuring our privacy, making our stay seamless and truly special. The whole place is run like a well oiled machine. The suites were a delightful surprise—far more gorgeous than the pictures online. Each room is thoughtfully designed, combining modernity with cozy comfort. Waking up every morning was a joy, knowing we had an excellent breakfast awaiting us. The choices were abundant and freshly made to order, catering to every taste and preference. The location in Sóller is unbeatable, offering easy access to all the local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. We ventured out to some bigger name hotels for lunches and dinners, but nothing compared to the design and service of this boutique gem. It has undoubtedly become our go-to choice for future visits to Mallorca. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!
