We had a little bit of a mishap at check in when the room which was allocated to us was still being cleaned at the time. The door at the bathroom is let put it this way - symbolic The breakfast even if the food was adequate, the space was very small so overall a so-so experience.

Location was perfect. Bed was comfy, Standard amenities available for a 4* hotel

We stayed in room 107 directly above the lobby and street. We could hear the automatic front doors opening and closing through the floor. Also, the walls were paper thin and we could hear entire conversations going on in the rooms on our floor. I used ear plugs and it was fine.

The location was excellent! It’s very close to the Prado and other art museums. It’s also a quick walk to the Gran Via and Plaza Mayor.

Our original room smelt like drainage, so we got another room. Also, we had a spare bed/couch so the room could accommodate 3 people, the spare bed was quite squeaky.

The property is located in a great location- PRADO is just across the street. If you choose not to have breakfast at the hotel, there are numerous small cafes nearby where you can get breakfast from. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. The staff was friendly and polite.

The parking garage is too small but the alternative parking was only a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel and was big by European standards.

The location is perfect short walking to everything we wanted to see and do

There is a mini bar, which has a transparent door. This mini bar remains illuminated the whole night. I had to put a towel in front of the door make the room dark.

Room is basic, yet very comfortable. Staff is solicit and frienly. Located in a good area. Good and spacious bathroom. Not so far from many cafes and restaurants.

Generally all was good, there were just a few small details missing like the pillows being super soft (low neck support) and rooms not being sound insulated (we could hear the elevator whole night)

The bed was cozy, the bathroom very clean and modern, we enjoyed the refreshments. The location is excellent and the staff very helpful

Very nice hotel close to the Prado museum!
    • Leisure trip

The staff recommended a parking that the hotel works with but that parking only let cars that were 1.85m tall so we needed to find another one since our car was 1.90m tall - and we found one at Santa Ana square (I believe it was called) but that parking was like a ten minute walk from the hotel. Also in one of the rooms the beds were too small for two people so it was a little uncomfortable but it was okay. Overall the hotel is very nice and is good value for money!

This is a nice hotel in the center of Madrid, walking distance to many restaurants, souvenir shops and sightseeing attractions, especially the Prado museum. A nice restaurant very close to the hotel is La Taperia del Prado. If you are coming with a car, there is a place in front of the hotel that you can park to get your luggage out. It was suitable for people with disability as well.
