The cleaning was not great, but was ok. No tea pot or even glasses in the room. Breakfast was usual. No seafood, everyday is the the same thing.

Staff at the reception was great! At the end of the trip we had to check out around 12, but the flight back we had was around 22. So the guy at the reception desk offered us to prolong the room till whenever we want only for 30€!

Lift access poor from lobby. Room decor slightly outdated. No tea making facilities in rooms.

Slightly musty smell in sitting-room beside the bar area. Upholstery there may require to be cleaned at end of the season!

Internet speeds in upper rooms.

Everything was good in first week but second week looks like a challenge as Internet is either very poor or non existent in some of the rooms. Best to check if important.

Sometimes it was difficult to park the car in front of the hotel. However, there is also a possibiloty to leave the car in front of the hotel’s sport facility, which is just across the road.

We had a really lovely stay! I’m confident to recommend the hotel to those who enjoy tranquility. The staff were nice, the food was delicious, rooms tidied every day, the pool area was clean, the gym sufficient.

Though the room was a bit outdated. The matresses moved very easily and the AC didn't really cool down the room. Breakfast was good, they have a huge variety of everything, although it was a bit hectic

We stood at the hotel for 3 nights. It was very nice and clean, the staff was super friendly. The pool was nice and they have vast possibilities to be active. It's close to a beach and the next bigger city Capdepera is only a few minutes away by car. Though the room was a bit outdated. Not very far from the beach, the price was good and it included breakfast and dinner, the food was nice. The pool was lovely but the best thing was the view from the room.... It was perfect! I recommend getting a room with a view.

2 single beds instead of one double bed. 2 beds that slide apart were not great for a couple. We raised the issue with hotel and they did try to solve it at the end with double bed sheet, which helped a little.

Great location, peaceful and quiet exactly what we need it. Additional restaurants near by would be great but it wasn’t a big drama to take a short bus journey to near by town.

It's somehow far from the center, best case in mallorca in general is to rent a car via Key 'n go. Also, it doesn't have a king size bed, so the double room has two small beds beside eachother. Other than that everything was very good.

The place is nice, accommodating, the food was good at the breakfast.

One day the bakery products seemed less fresh, but the next day they were taken out directly from the over. Smoothies or freshly squeezed/ 100% juices/ fresh coffee could include the quality of the breakfast.

We really liked the variety of the breakfast. The room was comfortable and had a nice view, the garden surrounding the hotel and the trees are beautiful. We were very happy with the hotel being pet-friendly and very flexible and nice with this fact, including the pet-friendly staff. We would be happy to come here again.

super friendly, helped us with activities and where to go. good breakfast and pool facilities are great, not overcrowded at all. the room has everything we needed, lovely terrace area too. throughly enjoyed our stay. the hotel is in a great location near Cala Rajada, many restaurants and things to do nearby! a good and different spot on the island.

Very clean, well-equipped with good sports facilities including fitness suite, swimming pool, tennis courts. Also padel tennis and volley ball. Quiet location in beautiful setting👍

I’ve booked ‚breakfast only‘ which was okay. Lots of meats though. Not many veggie choices and almost zero vegan choices. A few green salads would have been great. It’s a sports and relax hotel - I guess we all wanna eat more healthy. But if you like oily foods and Spanish originals - this is the dream. Also it would be sick to start breakfast hours earlier than 8am. Some more hangers in the bathroom for wet clothes would be sick. I‘ve left a note not to clean my room. It was still cleaned. Twice. My sign was written in English so I assume that’s not their preferred language. To be fair, it’s a ‚german‘ island. Even though it seemed cleaned, they forgot to vacuum. So there was sand everywhere. Hotel close to the beach - okay… but after the maid was in?! Nah… The wifi didn’t work at all. Whatever I’ve tried and although I’ve asked for help - nope. All in all: Dunno what people are on about on here. The food is okay. The staff is amazing. The rooms are great. A few smaller issues don’t make the rating. To me it’s been a five star experience and I would defo consider coming back!

Up on arrival I was given a very nice room on the first level. Not super sure if it might have been a double room although I’ve booked a single room. There’s been two towels. The bed would have been to small for two people though. However - let’s assume it’s been a single room - it’s been great. Almost everything is brand new. The mattress is firm and you can pick a soft or firm pillow. Best about the room - the fridge. Not the noisy kind. And the amazing rainforests shower. The whole complex seems freshly renewed and well maintained. The water in the pool is not full of chloride. I think the hotel is wheelchair friendly for what I’ve seen. Also plenty of parking spots. And the bus stop right outside the hotel. Super helpful hotel staff at the reception which is 24/7 open.

Tranquil location surroundings …near by Capdepera with castle, square with typical Spanish bars. Hotel as described friendly staff, comfortable with great facilities. Super breakfast plenty of choice. Would stay here again
