No fan, air con or portable fan. It would make a huge difference on hot days as the apartment gets very warm

Very noisy location..about a 15 min walk to the centre / cathedral but plenty of bars and shops within the immediate vicinity. Great shower, washing machine and comfy beds.

The bathroom was not really really clean (it was fine for us). We were charged 5 Euro per bike to store the bikes. Given the price of the hotel we felt this was reasonable but it took a few days to get an answer from the hotel on this.

We're doing this review based on the price, not the number of stars. This is not a 4 star hotel, but is very good value for money. The Wifi was great, the breakfast was pretty good, the beds were very comfortable. The shower was good with good hot water. There was a desk to work at and storage for our stuff. We had an outside window, with a shutter, so the hotel was very quiet at night. The location, though not central, was pretty much 15-20 minute walk from almost anywhere in Oviedo.

Our room looked out onto an air shaft. We hoped a room with a nice view.

Overpriced, but in the high season it is a sellers market.

Location excellent with just a short walk to the sights. Reception lovely. The aircon worked well for a comfortable sleep.

There was nowhere to hang any towels in the bathroom. There were no drawers at all in the room. Tea or coffee making facilities would have been nice.

This was our third stay here. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a good size television. The bed was comfortable.

Although there were security cameras. There were not Staff st reception and as any one could enter the hotel, to my point of view, was a bit unsecured

The room was fairly big. The TV was really good size. It has a hydromassage shower It has a fridge and safety box. I was very please with the room. The WiFi was hood too

A bit more noise from lift and airconditioning was switched off, was a bit hot.

Good, clean, comfortable hotel with a parking place for extra price (5 euro). Close to cafe, restaurants, but a bit far from old city. Nuce personal. All facilities are good. Room not small but can be bigger :)

I feel that in some areas there needs to be some repairs: - Spa shower Floor is a bit cracked, The handle on one side is broken and needs to be replaced, The shower head inside had scale buildup because the water wasn’t running properly thru it. - The hair dryer overheated very fast and thus you had to wait a while for it to cool down to continue using it - Also the bidet is installed so close to the shower that there is no space left for you leg to fit inside

They offer a good variety of dishes for room service. The location was good, there are plenty of bars,restaurants,fruit shops and nearby. They have a few gadgets like a device to set an alarm or set a status for cleaning the room or Do not disturb. The glass sink and waterfall type faucet were visually appealing The staff was kind and helpful and some spoke English. The bed mattress was super comfy

The bar and restaurant were permanently shut, it was all quite devoid of atmosphere. The shower worked great but wasn’t maintained brilliantly, a lot of limescale and split washers so the massage jets went everywhere!

Staff were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The €5 parking worked really well for us and the location of the hotel.

I didn't like to have to plug in the TV set and the frige. The frige, we had to pull away from the wall in order to plug in. As a diabetic the frige is very important to keep the insulin well preserved. As a 78 years old lady, bending down and moving frige around is very unpleasant.

The main problem we had at the hotel was that it did not have air conditioning. As we stayed during the first week of September, it was still quite warm and thus it was not very comfortable sleeping at night. For a one night stay it was fine, but in the summer I probably choose another option within Oviedo which had air conditioning in the future.

For the price of the room, the location was great (very near a grocery store, 1 minute walk away, and a cafe with beautiful pastries, 1 minute walk away, and numerous restaurants on Av. Valentin Masip) and the cleanliness of the room was of a good standard. The room was a good size and the people working at the hotel were accommodating.

l highly suggest a customer service skills advanced course to this hotel. The breakfast is ONLY until 9:30 which is ridiculously too early so when they asked us which "slot" (yes....they divide you in slots) you prefer we decided the last one from 8:30am to 9:30. Unfortunately the next morning we woke up at 9:15 and by the time we came down it was 9:40. The lady told us we couldn't make any breakfast as the time was over. Breakfast was included in the price and we could not get a refund as it was our "fault", but l expected that as l was also expecting the lady at the reception to offer at least a coffee considering our lateness (10 minutes) after the ridiculous ending times set by this hotel. Now l ask myself....if we were down at 9:25 would they kick us out after 5 minutes as time was over? This is simply ridiculous! we failed to get there on time .....that is true but we could not get the smallest coffee on the go and the person at the reception dismissed us with no empathy whatsoever. Due to this stupid rules together with the fact of an unexpected arrogance and lack of flexibility l highly suggest not to book at this hotel and look forward. Please do not reply with granted words like the ones already spoken.

Hotel is nice, a bit okd fashion but location wise is good. Parking is located walking distance from the hotel and it is for 5€ a day.

It is already little bit older hotel so it may be visible in some parts. Breakfast is defined as smaller so you should not expect a great variation but you will be able to have a decent breakfast.

It was a good option for the money. Option of parking for 5e, kind stuff and helpful.
