For the price ratio I did find some aspects of the room not up to standard. The ac had some dust that fell on the wall. Also the drain of the sink didn’t work so good. Additionally, the hallway was all the time a bit dusty. This could be due to the carpet

Khadija from the reception was wonderful. Always smiling and very attentive. She helped us with any question that we had. We would like to thank her again. The location is near plaza catalunya and has a taxi stop in front of the building and a near metro/bus stop The hotel has a small pool which is nice for the hot weather in the city

The location was fantastic, close to the old town and a short walk to all the sights. The rooftop terrace provided a great stop to see the city and sunset. The pool though small was perfect for a place to chill. Rooms were great.

Bathroom was a little unclean, shower had a little black mould on the roof and a few hairs around the bathroom that weren’t cleaned properly, the room itself was perfectly clean though

Very well located, roughly a 5/10 minute walk from the main shopping area, but nestled in a little side street so quiet enough at night time. Pool and sauna facilities are beyond perfect and the staff are amazing.

The bathroom was tired looking, and the rain shower head was a little rusty. The flush for the toilet was also somewhat difficult to flush. The pool was generally overcrowded whenever we tried to use it, in the end we did not manage to use the pool as intended.

The location was close to the metro and generally within walking distance to the city center and most attractions. Room was pretty spacious and bed was very comfortable and we had a good rest here. There was a nice view outside the window and on the roof.

You had to walk through the bar to get to the pool which felt intimidating for my teen daughter. Not enough places to sit around the pool.

We stayed at the Negresco Princess for one night before our cruise and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location was fantastic—close to everything—and the stay was smooth and comfortable. Would happily return!

Ensuite toilet was a little tired.

The rooftop pool and bar is the biggest seller for this hotel. The pool is small but it is suitable and the bar has plenty of seating. The bar staff are brilliant, very attentive, kind and polite and prices are reasonable. Being able to go off sightseeing and retreat back here in the afternoon (while still seeing the city sights!) was a massive bonus. Bed was large and comfy, full black out curtains, slept very well. Fantastic waterfall shower

The shower door in our room would make a terrible cracking noise when we would open/close it. The sauna facilities may need maintenance as it didn't really heat up. The pool area could benefit with more seating options rather than large tables being unused and taking up space.

Location great. Room was great, nice size and comfortable. We enjoyed having the rooftop pool as a place to cool off. Reception were also very helpful when we needed to request a taxi.

The pool area could do with more seating, but in such a small area that would be difficult. It is minor, but when it is hot or busy, access was limited due to crowding. Not much can be done about that with the size of the area - but the view is magnificent and access to the bar fantastic.

Location was great for walking the city, a little bit out of the real hustle an bustle but super close to amazing restaurants, shopping and Placa de Catalunya. Room was spacious, and incredibly comfortable.
