This is only really a small grumble as this wasn't the fault of the hosts, but we came back to the apartment one day during the afternoon, as we had a late night previously and had been up and about exploring all morning. We were very tired and wanted to take a nap to refresh for the evening. Unfortunately one of the other apartments were making a lot of noise drilling/sawing etc and it was incredibly loud. We were unable to relax and ended up leaving the apartment to get some peace. During the stay, on occasion it wasn't as quiet as my wife remembers on her previous trip, lots of people passing the apartment being quite noisy but I assume as this was Easter weekend, this may have been why. It wouldn't stop us staying again but it did make us a little grumpy at the time!

The property is in an ideal location, right next to the port. It was clean and comfortable with everything you would need for your stay. Very easy to collect the keys, I didn't speak to the hosts much but when I did they were pleasant and informative. My wife has stayed here 2 years ago with a friend, so knew what to expect and it was just as good as she remembered. Its a beautiful area with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. We walked down most mornings to see the sunrise, which was truly beautiful. We would 100% recommend this area for a visit and I would also recommend this property.

We didn't realise there was a popular bar downstairs that was open quite late so it was noisier than we expected. It was ok though, its June. We would still stay again.

This is a lovely, comfortable, exceptionally clean little apartment with everything you could need. It's literally only a 1 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I was travelling alone and I felt very safe there. I would definitely stay again when in the area and would recommend it.

No safe to keep our valuable - passports etc secure. Late in year cold nights - no extra bedding On two occasions found a cockroach one in bedroom - one in bathroom

Hard to list what we liked other than to say loved everything.Ease of access to apartment and communication with owners particularly good..Everything so spotlessly clean..Just totally impressed with every aspect of this "town apartment" We have stayed in Puerto de Mazarron for twenty years.We have a villa in nearby Camposol but love a visit to the port for a few days..We have stayed at most of the hotels and several apartments over the years..and Our Sol did not dissappoint..lf we could have extended our stay we would have ,but sadly fully booked !Can totally recommend and will look to book again ..

The one and only thing that we didn't like was the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms. A ceiling fan does not do the same job and the apartment was advertised as having air-conditioning and didn't mention that this was only in the living room. We would have been happy to pay a little more and be comfortable for the duration of our stay, which we cut short because we had difficulty sleeping.

The apartment was impeccably clean and well-presented. There was information about everything in the apartment in a handy folder just inside the front door. There was plenty of equipment for cooking etc. in the kitchen and a really good TV in the living area. A really quiet street with no traffic noise. We were able to unload our car outside the property and park close by.
