Sadly, one evening, we had returned to sit in the rooftop bar however, it had closed early. We were advised that this was a result of cold weather when it was still 24c.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was clean, the bedrooms were comfortable and you had everything you required. The rooftop bar offered amazing view.

Nothing “wrong” per say, but I feel that the value did not equal the cost. The room was very small. No where at all to put luggage(carry on bags), we had to put them under the bed. A tea kettle was provided but there was no plug anywhere near and no space in the bathroom so we had to plug it in on the floor. There was a small balcony however any view was completely obscured by trees growing directly in front of and into the balcony which also hosted many mosquitoes so we couldn’t open the windows. I would have expected a bit more from a hotel in this price range.

The property is clean, attractive and conveniently located. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a welcome drink on the lovely rooftop terrace.

Staff were amazing especially as I lost my phone, they were so helpful. Always happy and made you feel at home. Such a clean hotel. Room was lovely with comfortable bed. And the location is perfect as it's only a few mins from the cathedral The view from the rooftop bar is also amazing.

The hotel was in a beautiful courtyard just steps around the corner from the cathedral. Perfectly located to visit the main sights of Seville.

The room was very small for a 4-star hotel. Front desk staff could be more knowledgeable about Sevilla and how to get into the principal sights. Closest parking was a 15 minute walk away, luckily we had little luggage.

Location was excellent, appreciated the flowers in the room and the artwork throughout the hotel. Generous breakfast served by a very personable employee.

The elevator broke down

The room was very nicely appointed and the staff were extremely helpful. They let us checkin early and even upgraded our room. WE had a view of the castle and an orange tree right at our window in full bloom. The roof top terrace for breakfast was so beautiful and tranquil.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Minutes from the two main attractions. Our room was on the first floor with a small balcony reaching into the orange trees. The room was of good size well equipped and well maintained.

The steps to the extra bed in the bedroom for 3 were very steep and wouldn't suit all guests

Minor points. A kettle in the room would be a good addition. TV didn't appear to be smart which limited access but we were there for one night so not a big problem. Taxi to airport - kindly organised by hotel - charged 10 euros more than expected. Not hotel's fault but recommend getting quotes from uber x and booking.com before booking

All fine. Breakfast was acceptable but when there were over 6 customers ,the girl serving us, cooking and preparing coffees/teas had difficulty coping. She needed another pair of hands!! For cooked breakfast, scrambled eggs, tomato ketchup would be great, there was none! "Bacon" was in fact parma ham and so hard I cracked my dental plate.

The property is right in the centre of Seville so the main attractions were easy to reach either on foot or by taxi. This was a real bonus during our stay. The room was comfortable and was well cleaned by the room service. There was no balcony in the room but the roof cafe afforded a beautiful view of the city.

The location was amazing. The staff were friendly and informative. My room was spacious, warm and welcoming with a small balcony over looking a cobbled court yard dotted by several orange trees. I particularly liked the original art in my room and throughout the hallways.
