Our apartment was above the on-site cafe/ bar so noisy during the day but not in the evenings as shuts at 7pm.

Apartment is well equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. Pool is great too.

Small issues we noticed - The penthouse didn’t have aircon so we hired fans. 10 euros per fan- they worked ok but not as good as aircon would have been. The sunbeds opening at 10am was a bit late for us, but liked the aspect of having to pay for sunbeds as meant wasn’t any early morning rushes. As for the pool, had to ask lifeguard for a key for the toilets whenever needed, which seemed a bit unnecessary

We loved our 3 bed penthouse, was perfect for a family of 5! The staff and location was great. Rooms were so clean too. We will 100% be returning!

I don't mind paying the 2 euro for the sunbed for the day but if you are not there at 10am when they open the sunbed store there is a risk that they are sold out for the day. It might be better to stagger their release or have a few kept back for people who might want one later in the day.

The reception staff are very helpful and speak very good English. The complex felt very safe. There is poolside cafe that serves very good food and drinks. The pool is immaculate and super clean. We went height of summer and the pool was not over-crowded. Apartment was big and well equipped. Is a chilled complex.

The sunbeds could do with a good cleaning , they were stacked up and locked away each evening but i never saw them even get a wipe of a cloth never mind cleaned properly , the dirt was very visible on the white plastic , considering these beds are shared by everyone they should be cleaned regularly . A few guests lying next to me at the pool commented on the sunbed cleanliness also so it wasnt my imagination .about the cleanliness of the sunbeds ..

We had a poolside view on the 1st floor so very happy with that , Apartment was modern and spacious as we booked a superior apartment for 10 nights . My daughter had a standard apartment for 4 nights ( booked under my name ) which wasnt as good as ours so i could understand why we paid extra . Happy with our apartment and the poolside bar which was very reasonable pricewise and a great selection of food and drinks and the swimming pool itself was also clean . One big positive for me was how quiet it was at night , no hooligans coming back at 4 or 5 am roaring and shouting . Security Guard also on duty at nighttime so whole complex was safe and quiet at night . Will definitely return for another holiday to these apaertments .

You have to pay to use the sun loungers every day, which is a real pain. However, the worst thing about our stay was that the bedrooms were boiling at night time and there wasn’t a fan, air conditioning or anything to cool it down. It made it really difficult to get to sleep.

The pool was great and the apartments were both nice and big. We were a big group and we all had enough space. Also, the restaurant was pretty good standard and really cheap. We also appreciated how clean the resort was and they changed towels regularly.

The sunbeds get locked away each night and you can't get them until reception opens at 10.00am!! We like to be out early. If it was 9.00am then it would have got a 10.

Location is a little bit out of the way with no decent beach access outside the hotel. We didn't mind this too much as we could walk for 20 mins to get to a beach. The pillows on the beds were a bit too firm for us.

Amazing hotel, our room was massive with everything we needed for our stay. We had a big balcony with views of the pool and the sea. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could cook meals when we wanted. The pool area is really nice and staff were very friendly and helpful.. WiFi signal is good all around the hotel and the air con in the room is good if maybe a little.noisy. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Nice clean apartments & quiet spot (5-10 mins away from main hub). Big pool & on site bar/cafe means you could spend all day there if you wanted. Room was spacious & good amenities with excellent balcony to sit out. Staff very attentive.

the reception has unusual and not very effective time: from 10:00 to 5:30pm. so for any requests and inquiries you have to wait for that time. our apartment didn't have a/c, and theres little to no ventilation from outside, but you can still easily request a/c for an affordable fee.

staff is very friendly and helpful. the common areas such as pool, bar/restaurant are well maintained, amazing view and just nice and fun atmosphere. the apartments have everything you need for a long stay. we were staying only for 5 days and we were not always in the apartment, i highly recommend it for at least 10 days of stay. i also liked that after check out, you still can leave your belongings in the designated room and theres also a shower and changing room. the residence is located very close to the beach and grocery store. you have everything so near, also small bars for karaoke.

The large sofa in the sitting room had a very unpleasant smell. The a/c in the bedroom was very noisy.

Lovely large spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I loved the large sofa double sun lounger exclusive to our apartment.

There was nothing to dislike

We were instantly surprised by the size of the apartment. They are massive. We were staying in a 2 bed, and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Full-size kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely lounge that opened up onto the balcony, which again was a great size. We were on the first floor and had a lovely sea view. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. The towels were changed, and the bin was emptied every 2 days. There really wasn't anything to dislike. Mattresses were really comfortable. We all slept so well. The pool area is lovely and quiet. No loud music blaring out, which was lovely. If you want a more lively night, We walked into Playas most nights - it's a lovely flat walk along the coast which takes about 45mins. There are lots of bars to stop off at along the way to refuel. We will def be back to stay again.

Very dated apartment. We stayed in 207. Needed some love. The table and chairs on balcony needed binning and replacing. Also needed a new bathroom suite the base of shower had ground in dirt from years of use and not updating which is a shame because the location and view were great. Not sure this apartment should be rented out to guests until modernised.

The bed was very firm and a little bit uncomfortable and the pillow was a bit hard, a softer option would have been nice. Air conditioning in our room was €60 for a week.

The location just on the edge of the main strip but the walk into the main town had bars dotted along the way and was only a 10 minute walk to the main town. No problem with sunbeds and parasols all staff very friendly.

Would have been nice to have sun loungers on our balcony. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom but worked well if a bit noisy

Good size apartment with everything you need and ours looked down on the pool. Liked that the sun loungers were 2 euros per day as it meant there was never a shortage.
