Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We arrived late because of the delayed flight, but there was a message with instructions and key waiting for us, which was excellent because we could just get into the room without waiting.

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day. The location is great—easy access to the highway within minutes, yet the area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Free parking is also a great bonus. Our room was comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and linens and towels were regularly changed. The overall atmosphere felt safe and well-maintained. This is an excellent choice for travelers who spend their day exploring and want a quiet, restful place to return to in the evening. Several supermarkets and gas stations are nearby, making everything convenient. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

The walls are too thin - you can hear everything while sleeping and the water from the shower was getting into the main room because the shower wall was broken.

Location was a bit tricky to get to (taxi-maybe bus) and in a very quiet place but for a short stay it was absolutely fine.

There was supposed to be parking at the hotel but it was full. luckily there was a big free parking lot close by. this could be mentioned as a hint in the booking confirmation message.

A clean and reasonable place, without much character, and like so many Spanish hotels designed to amplify noise. Fortunately, our fellow guests were quiet and we slept well. Really expensive for the facilities, but then I suppose it's supply and demand as far as Tenerife is concerned.

There is too much noise in the morning, and the doors are not soundproofing. Sleeps only are possible until 8 am the maximum, then even the cleaners stars their vacuum cleaner and cleaning noises but also from any other guests.
Easy late night check-in. Clean and very nice friendly staff. It's much better than expected, and the beds are very comfortable. The taxi from the South Airport max. 15minutes and cost 25 euro (+/-5e.)

The place is rather expensive for what it is but we only stayed there for one night before going up to the Teide, so it worked for us.
The place is very quiet and rather comfortable. The bed was just ok. Breakfast was pretty simple but good enough for what it is. The room was clean and the bathroom was a decent size. There is plenty parking space on the streets nearby or a dirt road just by the hotel.

All the lights in the room are very bright, white light. Not very cozy before falling asleep. Little noisy in the hallway but no problem when sleeping with earplugs
Clean. Extra sheets. Great breakfast for 8 euros. Nice staff. All in all a very nice place to stay for a good price!

The breakfast is not their strongest point but at least it is correct and let's you start the day.

This is a basic hotel but it is also very reasonably priced so we have no complaints.
We wanted a clean reasonably priced hotel for a few days close to family who live in Tenerife and this hotel provided that.

Cramped bathroom and no bathtub. No in-room tea-making facility.
This is the 3rd visit. Just overnight stops on our way between airport and ferry to La Palma. We like the quiet, convenient location and good bar/restaurant (Bodegon Tio Julio) nearby.
