Very clean and tidy .. basic .. fridge in room- air con .. balcony, toiletries and towels . Great location just off of the old town 5 mins walk to the seafront / bars and restaurants . Multi-story car park opposite hotel if you hire a car . 15 mins walk from central bus stop from airport (45mins €8 each way ) stayed at the hotel on my own - but met up with 20 others . Felt safe and secure . Hotel will provide iron / board/ kettle / hairdryer on request. Would recommend if you just looking for somewhere to place your head for a few days

it was quite noisy at times but you're on holiday so go with the flow.

Really clean, the maid came every day that I was there. it is also in a great location.

Nothing I didn't like though bathroom could have done with a shelf near sink and in shower. One our party thought there should be a hairdryer.

Every part of our stay was top notch. Location was great. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Also felt very safe.

Nothing other than the bedspread which is perfectly clean looks abit old fashioned now that the rest of the hotel has so much money spent on it in recent months.

The property has had a bit of money spent on it in the last year and the communal areas rate very highly. New reception lift and windows to the rooms make it look more like a boutique hotel. Also as a single traveller you usually get the smallest room generally looking over the bins. Not in this case though.A spotless room right at the front with balcony looking over the Street so you can people watch while having a quiet drink. Ideal if you want a room and nothing more in benidorm but after all there is plenty of places to eat out in the old town.

I've stayed here a few times now,never no complaints, staff all very friendly and helpful,I would call this place "cheap and cheerful". In an excellent location 5 minutes from beach,just got a new front reception very modern..for a single traveller or couple on a budget this is an ideal place to stay.

The rooms are very clean and very comfortable basic but very good. Location is ideal for either Old town or walking to the bar areas along the beach side. I love this location as its so close to Tapas ally.

The hotel has just been refurbished to a good standard and I have visited this hotel many times over the years.It is situated in a very convenient and safe location near to all the amenities of the old town and a short stroll to the beach.It does not provide meals. The supermarket is just at the bottom of Calle Ruzafa.The Wednesday outdoor market in the old town is just a 15 mins walk up the hill and is worth visiting

Mentioned this before the last time i stayed....the chairs are heavy wooden without anyhting under the legs,so when people move the chairs in any rooms,they make lots of noise...you dont need chairs in the rooms...i know people wanto use laptops ,but if you had a room put aside for laptops etc...no more noise.. please put pads on the underneath of the chair legs..would make a big difference to my stay being a 10/10..

Hard to pick any faults.

Rooms were extremely clean. Location was brilliant. Beds were comfortable. I booked in a large group but staff were organised and very helpful. Excellent value for money also.

:) it will be loud on weekends! Streets were okay. but the fotball team in the same floor could be heard at least until 4:00. This is valencian housing. If you are anoid take a towel, best wet to cover the noise on the floor.
