Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was great and I definitely recommend the hotel especially at this price range.
The hotel is very close to cathedral and fun part of the city. Rooms were great and the hotel looks so historical.

Perfectly located small hotel in the heart of Sevilla. Reasonable price, excellent breakfast, nice staff. Comfy beds, extra free perks, highly recommended. Interesting parking facility (you need to call to book the place for your car, access via car elevator - a bit claustrophobic but fun for kids :-).

The closet unnecessary and occupies ore space.
I really like the hotel, very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Taxis are not so expensive but it is convenient because it is hard to rent a car when there is not a lot of parking and streets are very narrow like a labyrinth. It is a plus there is a minimarket a few walks from the hotel, and they offer minifridge, coffeemaker in the room.

Great location, interior and value for money. Staff however is suboptimal level, truly behave in a woke way with attitude - very unpleasant, not on par with 4 star hotel rating, apart from Sara.

Communication via email before arriving was not helpful or pleasant. We were given certain guarantees that the specific requests had been granted but then this guarantee was removed a few days before.

Not enough space for all guests on breakfast. We tried twice and there was no free place...You need to wait in quee to get food :)

Really lovely hotel down a side street which was away from all the busy-ness but still super close to lots of bars and attractions. The cathedral is a few minutes walk away, the tram is close by and there are bars and places to eat too. The hotel was lovely inside and the staff were super helpful and friendly!

First and foremost I need to compliment the staff. They were very helpful and quick to respond. We (stupidly) left valuables in the lockbox in our room and hopped on a train to Córdoba. They quickly contacted us, and we were able to pick up what we had left behind. The hotel was lovely, and our room was quite large. The air conditioning was splendid (it was above 100 F while we were there), and the location is fantastic. The cathedral, Sierpes, all of the main sites of Sevilla were just a few minutes away. It was an excellent choice for my group of eight. The breakfast was phenomenal (at least compared to most Spanish breakfasts). Good value for the money.

We couldn't drive here due to road closures, but that's not their fault!
The location is wonderful, very central but also quiet. The building is lovely. Nothing fancy but clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. Great restaurants nearby The shower was brilliant

Wonderful stay – thank you! We stayed at Petit Palace Marqués Santa Ana for 9 nights and had an amazing experience. A huge thank you to Maria for arranging a smooth check-in and surprising us with an upgraded room – what a lovely gesture! The birthday surprise for my daughter waiting in the room truly touched our hearts – we didn’t expect so much warmth and kindness! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the location was perfect, and the atmosphere very peaceful. The room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable – we slept like babies every night! Thank you for your hospitality – we felt truly welcomed. We'll gladly come back!
