Rooms were very tiny. We were family of five , 2 adults and 3 kids. We got to rooms very far from each other. It was very strange , usually we are getting connected room, or if it's not posible beside each other. Staff was very rude when I was asking why ? They said hotel is full , take it or leave. We have paid in advance, so... also they asked me , how I made the bookinflg. I told - trough booking.com. after that they said- we can't help you, this is your problem😬🙄

The family rooms are located at the back of the hotel and do not get enough sunlight during the day. Cigarette smoke from other rooms’ balconies continuously enters the room.

The location is amazing. Clean rooms with basic necessities and an amazing view of the sea. Hotel has a great buffet breakfast and a decent bar. The staff were helpful and nice!

Extra charges for most things like parking which was not good. Very small parking area. Pool was extra cost at spa and the outside one closed at 8pm so we missed it. Our bathroom had a weird smell. We requested 2 twin beds but got one king.

The best part is the location right across from the sea! Ocean front room is worth it. Also the free breakfast was very good, way better than some others.

The music from the bar is far too loud and goes until 1am making difficult to sleep, hotel should consider providing ear plugs or turning off music by midnight.

The hotel is loud, I paid extra for a sea view and was located above the bar which plays music until at least 1am. I changed rooms to room 612 and my balcony was directly in front of the pool. I couldn’t open my curtains. The hotel is very open, anyone can walk into the hotel and up the stairs. I did not see any security. I was travelling alone and the receptionists commented numerous times that I was alone! I have never had this before. The hotel wouldn’t allow me to book a larger room, a solo traveller can only purchase a single room through them, they told me to book the bigger rooms through booking.com! Overall I found the staff unpleasant and the hotel loud.

The property is in a great location. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

Some things are missing in the bathroom, I mean the toilet brush and also the ventilation system, like in the bathroom for example. The hotel is a bit old, maybe you could replace the missing boards in the sauna and clean the pool more often, as there is a lot of sand and dirt in the corners.

The hotel is very good, the food is tasty but monotonous, across the street is the beach. The room is spacious, enough space not for 2 people, but for 3, as the sofa is folding.

Beautiful view of the sea. Across the street from the nice, kong beach with very clean water. Pool and sunbeds at the rooftop were great. Good atmosphere at the hotel. Nice staff.

Awesome location with a sea view, the room was spacious, lovely balcony, bed was a bit sturdy but I got used to it quite fast. Great breakfast, well served, and with the option to eat outdoors with the sea view, beautiful. The staff was helpful, I am considering visiting again for another opportunity for a longer stay.

Breakfast was very basic. In general the hotel was rather outdated. There was quite strong chloride smell everywhere in the lobby and breakfast room, also the tap water had strong taste of chloride (probably related to the spa in the premises..)

Ok place for overnight stay on the roadtrip in Costa Brava. They have parking places available. Room was big enough with the balcony and view to the sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Request for walk in shower had been confirmed but on arriving on a late night flight we were given a room without it. However next day we were soon upgraded to a superior suite by very helpful staff. Some of the cooked buffet food was a bit tasteless.

The pillows are way too hard and don't help your sleep. The lift fits only 2, max. three people (4x80Kg), so we often had to wait for other guests to use it before we could go down. The SPA is small and expensive.

It is at the beachfront, at a walking distance from the city centre. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are night activities at the bar.
