There were a group of very noisy German men staying on our floor who had no consideration for others late at night came back intoxicated, loud vocally, and banging doors.

The atmosphere, the staff, the comfort & facilities were all wonderful for a cycling break with my partner.

Just about everything, food, staff, cleanliness, we especially loved the receptionist mainly Ariel, Katelyn, Mercia & the night manager, they were so lovely & friendly & so helpful, we have stayed a few times before & will be staying again next year “already booked”

The hotel bar shuts down very early.

We were supposed to have Mountain View rooms but on the second floor we had views of a gas tank rather than the mountains. It didn’t ruin our Experience but would have preferred this to be hidden.

It was beautiful, staff wonderful and food / drink were awesome.

As a swimmer I like a good pool. The hotel description included 2 pools. 1 on the rooftop which was no more than a plunge pool and the pool on the ground floor wasn’t any size at all. The hotel was really close to the sea but I still really like a decent sized swimming pool which definitely didn’t feature at the hotel.

The only negative was that sometimes in the afternoon evening trying to order drinks at the bar was difficult. On numerous occasions we went to the bar to order and were told to go take a seat. Then it was sometimes 10/15/20 minutes before anyone came to serve us. Then another 10 minutes waiting on the drinks. It would’ve been a much quicker system to just over at the bar.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Rooms were clean and modern. Loved the vibes in the hotel. Food was great. Free bottle of wine with a pre booked dinner was also a nice touch. We will be back!

On first arrival, we were disappointed with the size of the room for what is a premium priced hotel. However, the room did grow on us as we got to appreciate how comfortable it was.

An attractive and luxurious hotel located on the sea front. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as was the hotel’s outdoor seating. The bedroom was very clean and well appointed.

Ac didn’t get quite as cool as we would like but otherwise pretty comfortable

Some of the umbrellas could do with repair. From a safety aspect the steps in the pool could be marked as you can’t see the bottom step very well.

Fabulous hotel in a great location, the staff were amazing, a big thank you to Ariel & Caitlin on reception for all their help. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff were amazing. We will definitely return.

The room is slightly on the small side but for a four night stay it was perfectly fine. If you were staying longer an upgrade from standard double would be a good idea

The breakfast was brilliant with a fresh choice every morning and great egg station. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They helped us with bike hire, restaurant bookings, beach recommendations and more. Faultless. Very local but modern feel to the hotel, an incredibly comfortable and luxurious stay. Outdoor spaces are well equipped for catching the sun.

Cant fault it in any way

Beautifully furnished and excellent air conditioning. Food was fantastic and the staff were all lovely. Right on the beach front and views are gorgeous. We will definitely be back and cant recommend highly enough.

The bed was very hard and pillow as well. But we noticed when we checked out that there is a pillow service so we could have used that but we just didn’t notice.

Amazing staff, service and the hotel was beautiful. The room didn’t have the as high a luxury look as the the rest of the hotel but it was still nice.

Room a little smaller than we would have liked but clean, comfortable and good en suite.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, particularly at reception and in the dining area. Ideal location with plentiful secure parking.
