not actually related to the hotel but the struggle to enter the steps into the hotel was unexpected due to the large group of street traders who were hanging around the entire front area of the hotel, not only causing an inconvenience but also a little discomforting due to the large numbers congregating outside the steps. We arrived at 2pm and they were still there at 9pm! Perhaps the management could do something about it?

Location. Clean good sized room with comfortable beds. Lovely view from room. Metro to Bilbao short walk away and very easy to travel to Bilbao and back. Cross river to local beaches or short metro journey to playa de Sopelana. Lovely cafes for breakfast nearby. Ate in hotel (casual) restaurant one night and good food at reasonable price

I’m extremely disappointed that you no longer accept dogs. You allowed my dog to stay, as I’d booked a year in advance, and it was my 4th visit to your lovely hotel. You will definitely lose business, as your hotel is perfect for the Ferry Terminal, so you should reconsider your decision?

Nothing to dislike.

I wasn't expecting the hotel or docks area to be as nice as they turned out so we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel restaurant was really nice too and the rooms were large and modern. The hotel was only a 10 minutes drive to the ferry port so we'll be staying here again next time we catch the Bilbao ferry. The Colgate Bridge was also very cool.

Everything. Room was spacious and clean. It had a round table with two comfortable armchairs. Beds were also comfortable. Bathroom big, clean with toiletries and towels smell great. Room had a small coffee maker. Free coffee available in the hall which was great when you have to get up early to start walking for the Camino de Santiago and dinning room was not open yet.

Breakfast could be better organised. Sent request for milk alternatives but no flora or margarine available did have oat milk on request. Cava a nice touch. Staff friendly and helpful

Limited hanging space and tight space between the bed and dressing table

Super location by the river. We were catching the Brittany ferry the next day and it was perfect. Staff were excellent and the room good. Limited wardrobe space and cramped dressing table space, but good shower and bathroom. Overall for 1 night it was very good

A great boutique hotel right on the river with great views of the UNESCO suspension bridge which connects the town with Los Aronas town...lovely staff.. traditional restaurant...good value. I would recommend this hotel

A pleasant stay for a perfect visit of Bilbao with the option walking up and down the river.

The garage is very handy and the proximity to the public transportation. Three different types of transport on walking distance. The bar with the terrace is great for beer and other drinks and pintxos.

Service in the restaurant appeared to be very disorganised with nobody taking overall control. Loud music from DJ in booth on the terrace while piped music being played indoors. Very difficult to spot the entrance to the car park. Perhaps some information on this could be provided to anyone who books a stay there.
