Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The curtains were a bit too short so it was impossible to obscure the room until the sun went down. There is no elevator so carrying the stroller, plus the baby and our bags was a bit of a challenge.
Very big room, clean, with big beds, a spacious bathroom and good A/C. The cleaning staff was also very friendly.

No one speaks English, and most of the staff doesn't appear friendly or willing to help in any way.
Everywhere is clean. Warm. There is a hairdryer, shower gel, disposable toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Ample parking. Located on the highway, but it wasn't a surprise, and the highway isn't noisy.

Dining room was not open at night. Dinner was taken in the cafeteria. There is no lounge area for guests. Bathroom did not have a walk in shower but a bath tub that was very slippery underfoot with no handrail for security.
One of the few places to stop near to Chulilla and Chelva. Food was basic but freshly cooked. Although next to the motorway there was not too much traffic noise. Hotel is very clean and the staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable

Close to main duel road, but set back, traffic noise outside, a road side stop for many, so busy at breakfast, not a problem but can be crowded. A kettle for tea/coffee making in room would be nice.
Location only about 10 minutes from Lliria, set back from road with double glassing, so traffic no problem, big room with air conditioning, clean throughout, plenty of parking, comfortable bed, plenty of choice for food and meals all day, staff very helpful as I’m English, but they were patient, good prices.

we arrive at the hotel on Sunday night. it doesn't the staff there. if without the help of the taxi driver. we couldn't figure out. They sent the wrong number box, which caused us can't find the key. when finally we have the key. we don't know to which door to step in the hotel.

Everything really was pretty good. The shower head is a bit dated but other than that I really couldn't find fault
The staff were great. Happy to practice their limited English on me and help with my even more limited Spanish. Food was fine { I alwys trust a place where locals come to eat] , coffee excellent and bar had everything that was required. Wonderfully, there was neither music nor TV blaring out. The room was large, very clean and very comfortable but was hot when I went in. It took quite a lot of technical knowhow and luck to get the Air-con going [Tip - use Auto and not Cool] Once it started it worked really well. It must be the safest place in Europe to park your car as there are both Guardia Civil and Municipal Police dropping in for a coffee regularly

the room was slightly wearing at the edges although comfortable. black around edges of tiles in bath groom and a broken bedside table

The place is not very pleasant along a highway and next to a gas station. But above all, I was charged for 4 nights when I only spent one. Since then, I am still waiting for the booking refund.

Would have liked a fridge to keep drinks cold as it was so hot and perhaps a kettle/cups etc for coffee/tea
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are huge and very clean, always plenty of hot water.
