United StatesNot much- maybe a little colder air in room but it was sunny and nearly 100 degrees all day. Cold enough.
Exceptional staff. Friendly and helpful- Hassan checked me in an made it a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was well worth it and a relaxed envíronment everywhere. Room was spacious enough and clean. Location is perfect for the Renfe and busses. Price was higher than usual due to it being a Friday-Saturday night stay but still much more affordable than most Madrid areas and worth the trip to come to this great community. Weekdays are especially well priced.

SpainFeels like an old hotel that has been taken over by a new owner and the rooms need money spent on them. Old furnishings, old fashioned shower with substandard gel/ shampoo dispensers, problems with plumbing (bath that floods the bathroom floor when draining water). Tres Cantos is a dormitory town built in the 1970-80s....not typical of Spain.
Location next to the train station so very easy access to Madrid. Welcoming staff in new reception area. Next to Mercadona supermarket. 5-10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shopping centre.

I was very impressed with the help provided by reception staff. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, right next to Tres Cantos station with a number of amenities within walking distance.

United StatesThe breakfasts offered a wide range of options but the hot food was never warmer than room temperature.
Although Tres Cantos is outside of the city, having the train station 100 meters away and so inexpensive, made up for not being downtown. In addition, walking the streets and parks in Tres Cantos was completely safe, quiet but not empty, and quite beautiful! The train goes directly into the city where we accessed other trains and subways at an incredibly low price for the duration of our visit. We went everywhere we wanted and saw everything we planned to see. Within Tres Cantos, the little local bars and restaurants and laundromat were gems to be discovered.

The property is clean and close to the train station that will take you to central Madrid in less than 30’. Personnel very friendly, helpful and professional. Lot of different restaurants in the area including the one at the hotel.
