United KingdomCOFFEE!!! Need to have better coffee machines and start coffee at early morning so do not need to wait 10:30 to have coffee!!! As coffee in restaurant is not from beans!! That was biggest minus for good coffee lovers in early morning! 😜 Reception are very dull and not welcoming / needs improvement , the same as plastic vegetables in the front door not really looking good 🤔🫣 Not happy that Spa needs paying extra (especially than swimming pools cold outside in not summer months )and also needs improvement and renovation.😗 Entertainment area needs more confirmable seats (upgrade) and maybe scene for shows can be prepared better as always were very blank🤨 Not match choices of alcohol free options in evening bar while watching shows (only one!)🧐 Not match choice of vegetables/salads at pool bar.😳 Would be nice to have body lotion in the rooms :)🙃 And last recommendation :) if it’s birthday restaurant should have maybe cake in case of drink for people who do not drink as the option! 🙏
We liked most of the things, just got wrong timing as they are Renovating some floors and was little bit noise. But we got moved to other room , Dominik was going extra mile to keep us happy and to found the room we like to change because of noise.., it is very good location and nice hotel (it’s require update but I think they slowly doing it ). Staff were really friendly and happy which added extra bonus for this hotel! Rooms were very clean and spacious! Will return next time :)

GermanyWe loved our suite, which had wonderful views, was comfy and cleaned spotless daily. The buffet was amazing, I think I had a different fish every day. Enormous amounts of salad and vegetables were laid out. My husband loved the sweets. I swam before breakast evry morning in the outdoor heated pool. The only negative thing was the really poor state of the machines in the gym.

RomaniaThis was our second vacation here and we enjoyed it. The staff, the facilities, the view, all contributed to making our stay exactly as we wanted it. We appreciated the free Genius upgrade (we booked a room with a sea view and received a one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace where we could enjoy our very own sunbeds - and the sea view of course). Although it's not very close to the airport, there are taxis and shuttles, and Costa Calma is well worth the drive.

PortugalRoom: It's a bit run down. It benefits from some reno. The pillows were a bit too soft for me but that's a personal taste. Food: There are plenty of options, but not a lot besides salads for vegetarians/vegans and to be honest the food is not more than ok. I understand it's hard to cook for so many people, but it's not a great food experience. Hotel infrastructure: Again it needs some improvements. It's a really big resort but it's showing it's starting to show it's age and could use some cosmetic facelift.
It's a stunning place, we were pleasantly welcomed by the staff and everyone was kind and nice. The pool is gigantic and there's walking access to some really nice beaches. The bed was really comfy. The all-inclusive drinks go to 11pm and they are decent enough, not amazing but also not bottom-shelf.

DenmarkThe beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows extremly thin. On request we got a second pillow which helped a bit. The variety of food is amazing. Unfortunately, it tasted very bland just like hospital food and was throughout very greasy (breakfast was ok).
The outside area of the hotel is a dream. It is huge with several pools and lots of plants creating a tropical feeling. The location close to different beautiful beaches is great, too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel building itself is a bit old and could use some renovation. Since it was clean for us it was acceptable.

Very nice hotel - very clean and maintained interior as well as exterior (atrium, swimming pool areas). Large offer of meals whole day. Really large outside swimming pools with beautiful view on sea. It is close to a few very nice beaches around the hotel (5-10 min by walk). Nice and helpful staff.

SlovakiaRoom was kinda sad bcs minibar was EMPTY when we arrive, balcony door was hard to open and close, toalet doesn't have ventilation, and last time when we wanted from cleaner to clean our room, she doesnt put small towel. Kitchen was bad also, bcs they have a big choice, but all food was very bad tasting without any taste (they probably dont use any salt, papper, kari etc.), plates for food was 99% dirty from food, sodont expect much from rooms and kitchen...
For example, pool was very clean, and ewerything arround pool was clean. when U want drink, they do it very fast so u dont need to wait long. animation Stuff was very kind and helpfull... (Adam, Laura etc.)
