Family’s putting towels down first thing in the morning,then not coming back for a while, even though we are issued with a note at check in stating that sun beds can’t be reserved, but none of the staff enforced this matter

Liked the location, good size rooms and clean, large balcony.

The hill going up to the hotel was slightly steep.

Some building renovation taking place in adjacent hotel. Appreciate this has to happen and didn’t spoil vacation 😉

Only small complaint is the music being played by the pool was very repetitive which became annoying, especially with our room being right above the speaker. Some songs were played 3 times within the hour.

The view from our balcony was a bit rubbish. Other rooms further along or higher up would have had a better view.

Loved where it was. Apartment was great, plenty of room. Pool and bar area clean and tidy. Drinks and food in hotel very good value for money.

Beds were very uncomfortable, our apartement faced onto the main road so found it very noisy. No air con in the bedroom

The wifi is very poor. We stayed in the 1st floor and there’s none so we relied in our mobile data. The container for shower gel is not functioning. The location is quite uphill so if u have problems in your mobility it will be challenging unless u drive or use taxi.

Our hotel room is very spacious for the 3 of us. It’s nice that we have balcony and chairs outside. I appreciate the complimentary water bottle and wine ❤️. The kitchen is complete apart from the condiments that u need to buy if u want to cook. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. The pool is nice as well. The beach is just 10mins by foot and near to the restos and shops.

Slow wifi in the room we stayed in (614) No shuttle bus, so had to walk up and down hill to get to bus stop and shops The hair dryer was useless and the wire was exposed, the cable was too short for hair drying.

Problem with hair dryer solved efficiently after reporting the issues. It was replaced with a normal hair dryer (not attached to the wall) and more powerful. This was done almost immediately after I told the receptionist. Bed was comfy and beddings were clean

Dinner and location

The hotel was fine but was uphill Which was difficult for people with breathing difficulties. Breskfast was good but dinner not so good . Dinner was very disappointing

A gate from the pool would of been more convenient to be walk to beach but not a big problem.

We had breakfast on our last day. Plenty of choice on the Buffet & good price.

I had a room on the 4th floor no.403 with a view of the back of Big Daddy's restaurant.....as a solo traveller I felt uneasy sat on the balcony at night with the restaurant staff opposite out back looking over ....I did ask to change to a different room but was told none available as booking.com booked only the rooms at this end of the hotel and lower level floors. Very disappointed and if I had known this I would have booked elsewhere.....with a view..... reluctant to spend a lot of time sat on the balcony in the evening. Room price for a solo traveller is the same as for two people so felt I had poor value for money.......also due to floor level & room location in the hotel it was close to the busy main road running through the resort and there was a lot of traffic noise all day and it woke me up early in the mornings..... If I revisited the hotel I would book.direct with them choosing an upper floor room at the other side of the hotel....

Hotel modern and clean, great pool area, sunbeds and pool area hosed down every night. Rooms spacious with good self catering facilities. Snack bar food excellent Staff friendly 5 minute walk up a small hill from the bus terminal Good supermarket a minutes walk away

The fact that the room photos are misleading showing lovely views from the balcony. One staff member at reception was quite rude when I asked for help with the wifi.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Pool and amenities are super. We were disappointed with our initial room where it faced an internal wall and no view like the photos showed. WiFi kept dropping in our room too. We requested a change and thankfully after our first 3 days we were given a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Thank you.

The hotel is in a good position and it is easy to walk to the beach or the commercial centre.
