The age of most of the guests was quite a bit older than me and my group and the entertainment was not really catered for English people

Slight distance between two rooms booked for family, however staff booked well appointed rooms with everything needed for comfortable stay.

Three things strongly to improve: 1) Food was terrible. It's much better to make just 30% of variety you have, but please prepare something eatable! Each time I had to check first if the thing can be even eaten. A lot of wasted food. 2) There is NO NOISE ISOLATION between the rooms. I could hear snoring of my neighbour (no jokes) or their talks. 3) We thought that SPA is included in the price (that what we were told), but actually it wasnt

It is not “dislike” but something one have to deal with for this excellent price: Elevator slow and small Walls are very thin so noise of other rooms can be possibly (Complementary) Spa is not actively managed so some inexperienced guests misbehave. It is in the middle of a party area, so loud and crowded, keep that in mind in high season and the absolute opposite in preseason.

The spa service seemed to be lacking help at the time I visited and was unable to speak very little English.

Front office staff just seemed impatient and not very thorough.

Breakfast was great, gym was decent. Pool entertainment was awesome. Bartenders at the pool amazing. Front staff was kind of rude, especially about parking.

Great hotel 🏨 really energetic entertainment team by the pool all day running activities. I had a single room which was really big, fridge and bathtub 🛀🏾 great value for money.

Only 2 available elevators that is very little for such a huge hotel. Once I had to wait for really long time to get an elevator and when I finally got it cleaning team just took it and went without me.

All inclusive wasn't all inclusive. You even had to pay for water which I thought was ridiculous. All inclusive should involve being able to get a drink of juice when your thirsty.

The rooms where nicely designed and smelled lovely. I enjoyed the entertainment and the breakfast.

The cleanliness should definitely improve at this hotel. The plates in the restaurant were often not washed properly. Service was also an issue in the restaurant as often whilst we were dining the staff would show up asking if we were finishing and trying to take away our half full glasses or desert pots (and this happened even when there was still a full hour of service, we were never there in the last minutes) . In the rooms glasses and mirrors always had marks and the floor in was always dirty even straight after the cleaners. The pool depth on the terrace was quite disappointing (56cm). And last but not least the All Inclusive option restricts alcohol beverages to three per lunch and three per dinner, meaning you can only drink alcohol while dining and you are not allowed to take your drink out of the restaurant.

The rooms are great. Good variety of activities organised throughout the day. Gym is good size with satisfying range of equipment.

The rooms have poor sound insulation and there were no recycling points.
