Building was nice & clean - good soundproofing and a lovely roof. Unfortunately, air conditioning and some of the cooking facilities didn’t work and the hosts weren’t responsive on the app. The in person staff e.g. cleaners were very helpful and friendly.

Check in was very difficult no manned reception Check in computer system was faulty so did not issue pass card. Luckily a very helpful guest who spoke Spanish spent nearly an hour on the phone getting us sorted to be able to access to our room Hallelujah!

There was no extra toilet rolls, only one that was half way through. Only liquid soup available, no shampoos. The communication with the staff was very unsatisfactory. One evening the electricity in the flat was not working and I was not able to reach anyone. The location isn't the best because it is a 23 mins walk to the nice side of the beach. The beach nearby isn't suitable for swimming.

The flat was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and wide. The kitchen was fully equipped. Overall good quality for the price.

The view was derelict building, the check in didn't work had to make phone call and they were to call back but didn't Phoned again half hour later and got help to access room. Others were in same situation. No egg or fish lifter

The self check-in machine didn't work at arrival and the guy in the phone didn't really understand our problem in English, so it made it really stressful to get in. The apartment could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen is not very well equipped.

Amazing location, only 2 minutes walk from the beach, with great cafes, bars, restaurants, grocery store nearby. Nice, renovated apartment and building. There's not a lot of parking space, but there is a parking garage close (we payed 60€ for a week, but it saved us a lot of time).

Picking up the key should work automatically, but the system didn't register our stay properly. Someone was there to help us out, but it could have been a problem if one arrives in the middle of the night.

Excellent location, quick and easy communication, perfectly clean apartments and the roof top terrace makes it an excellent choice, you can do your stretches during sunrise or enjoy your morning drink with a view. There's a supermarket and great restaurants, cafés and breakfast places nearby. I'd choose this place next time.

There is no tea or coffee available so you should buy them yourself. Also, the fying pan are a bit old and full of scrach. Will be great if the host replace them with the new one.

The location of the apartment is perfect! it is nearby the beach and also the supermaket. The aprtment is very clean and more than enough for our family. It has microwave, coffee machine, water cooker and big fridge! I love the shower because it has warm water and the pressure is perfecto! Additionally, it has lift that make it easy for you with children or have problem with walking updown stairs. Overall, we are very happy with our stay for a week there.

Not enough towels in the bathroom, there’s no AC in the bedroom. Had issue with the self-service check-in which made us losing loads of time.

Location is great, perfect for late night walks. First store is 1 minute away, also close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

We had some issues with getting the card for entry, waited for about 40 mins so did someone else. No toilet roll extras, bathroom sink plunger stuck, no plug for kitchen sink, no extra pillow’s , one shower gel, we thought was tight on supply. All good otherwise.

The flat was large and clean, good location and comfortable.

Apart from a bed with broken leg and a leaking shower, the communication was fully automated so we did not get any human response for random questions.

Highly automated airbnb style apartment hotel. The house is really well located and close to the beach and anything you might need. The apartment has basic equipment for a few days stay.

The apartment only had one mirror (in the bathroom) and no full-length mirror. We also experienced problems with both the check-in process and the keys (they stopped working a day before check-out).

The bathroom door is not really sealed, so you will hear everything. The check-in kiosk was also a bit complicated. It wasn't so bad for me, but we saw and helped multiple families checking-in as they were having difficulties. The camera to take the photo was also angled way too high so many struggled even with the high chair. I think also it would be good to possibly have some other languages as well as Spanish and English for the helpline and Kiosk.

The location is absolutely amazing! Right next to the beach. Transport is also extremely close by. The cleaning staff are also very friendly and patient. Even though there was a language barrier, they helped us with our towels, extra bedding, and with fixing our shower drain. The helpline took a while to get through to but we did get someone to help with our shower that was flooding on the first 2 days of our trip as the drain was blocked. Also, we got a one-bedroom apartment. I thought it would be two singles, but it was a double bed! Thank God for the sofa bed. Otherwise, it would have been a very awkward trip for me and my dad 😅

Although check-in should be easy, we had some issues because our reservation number was not recognised, therefore we were not able to obtain the key through the machine. We called the phone number and they immediately solved the problem and let us in the apartment remotely. Kitchen could have a bit more of basic cooking pots and utensils, but you can still work with what you have. Some hangers and drying rack for towels would be useful!

Closeness to the beach and shop just steps away. Very clean and modern apartments. Big and comfortable bed. Shower pressure is great and we were very happy with changing the bedding and towels. The terrace is AMAZING, very spacious, well maintained with lots of sun beds, tables and chairs.

There was supposed to be an automatic check-in which was not working. Had to phone the company to letting us in remotely. Also the room was very dusty.

The location is great, also the size of the room and the comfy bed.

We’ve got one medium size and one small towels for a week (each person) with no freash change during the stay, also no cleaning service whatsoever. At least leave some extra towels in the wardrobe and clean sheets for those who stay longer than a weekend.
