Only 2 issues. Lifts very slow and noise from main street, however none of this was an big issue as I was on floor 2. Any higher and it would have been a struggle

Long queues at check-in. Sideboard in room was badly damaged. Lots of stag parties but it’s Benidorm but they still get on my nerves.

The cleaner couldn't do my room the first night so I said tomorrow please which was agreed but then she didn't come for the rest of the stay and I had soggy towels and dirty sheets.

Amazing pool and atmosphere, the girls on reception were lovely and helpful.

Didn’t like how entertainment staff approached you while you’re eating food in the buffet. They tell you about the entertainment and then ask you to write them a positive review. I think it was also wrong that you had to pay extra for the room safe, kettle etc. I think this should be included in the price

Decent hotel, you get what you pay for. Pool is excellent and the food is good at poolside bar. We had breakfast and it was nice.

Cocktail drinks are definitely watered down. So just taste of sugar. Whilst most staff were lovely, there was a ‘prison warden’ type of woman who patrolled the pool area as if the place was a jail! Shouting at people and bellowing orders - I even saw her snatch a plate of food from someone! It was outrageous! I’ve never seen anything like it! No tea/coffee facility in room. No ironing board and iron. No room service.

We were in the ocas building, which seemed nicer than the Pelícanos. Although the restaurant was better in the pelicanos. The swimming pool/lagoon was amazing. Sun beds hard to find - had to wander and wait trying to get one. Room was basic but clean with a nice balcony. Food better than expected.

the lifts were very very slow after requesting s lift. Check in took a very long time. Is this part of new spanish law. Never took this long before. sofa bed had big dip in 'mattress foam.

Our room was not appropriately prepared. The extra bed was nowhere. However, the staff helped by sending us someone to help & we were accommodated in the end as per what we’ve agreed and paid for. The cleaning was not at the standards, the room was dusty, the bed sheets were broken. We arrived during the night and we’ve been told we didn’t even book!!! Very bad experience! We’ve had to waste so much time to proof ourselves and our booking, pathetic & something that could have been handled better from their side. Nevertheless, to apologise, they’ve sent someone with an apology card & a drink for free voucher… Plus, they did send a birthday card and a free small bagpack for our girl’s birthday. So, the overall stay was made nice, in the end. However, it left a bad taste to us and we will avoid to come back to this resort in the future.

We were in the Ocas Hotel. Our room view was of the Hotel Restaurant roof top. There was a vent machine on top of this roof which was constantly on so this noise disturbance spoilt our relaxation time on our balcony. It sounded like a ship’s engine. Not happy with this at all. There was construction work also going on near the pool area. There is no security checking who enters the Hotel lobby & goes to the elevator so I felt that anyone could break into your room. Other Hotels I have stayed in before used your card key to use the elevator which is much more secure.

Good location. A few minutes walk to the Beach, Bars & Restaurants. We went half board, breakfast & dinner. The food was just gorgeous. Something different every day. Great value & we saved a fortune not eating out. The only tip I would give is to go to the Restaurant early as the food gets cold. There is a microwave though if you want to queue up to use that. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Slept like logs every night.
