You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe limitation of the pool opening hours. Would have been lovely to have had an early morning swim. Even if it was restricted to adults only with sunbeds off limits.
Location is great for the Benidorm strip with local buses nearby to get out and about and see the real Spain. Staff were helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and tidy with the added bonus of being ready well before check in. Fridge in the room came in very handy. Security staff were excellent and certainly on the ball. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The breakfasts were ok, I only ate at the fruit and yoghurt counter and took coffee snd orange juice. The general feeling at breakfast was one mad rush with everyone rushing around, so I got up early to enjoy my breakfast. None of my extended family had breakfast the whole week we were at the Hotel.

United KingdomThe hotel needs an upgrade it's very dated . The hotel smells of drains & you can smell them all over the hotel. The breakfast is just OK I will be returning to Benidorm in the future. However, I won't be back to this hotel.
