The staff they dont speak english, just a couple of words. The Suite Atico was with a great terrace, but inside it was nothing spetial in particular.

There is parking available just across the road in a basement car park but it is VERY tight getting even a medium-sized car around very tight corners. It is ok but takes skill and a bit of getting used to. Not recommended for larger vehicles. Parking is scarce in the city!

Beautiful room in an interesting, elegant and historic building, right in the heart of Vegueta, the oldest part of Las Palmas, and only a moment from the cathedral, Casa Colón and Plaza Santa Ana. The room was large, comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfasts were generous, delicious and offered a huge range of food. The range of excellent cakes tempted us back for afternoon coffee too. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is truly a gem. The location in the heart of Vegeta, old part of Las Palmas. Beautiful art work in the building and quiet and relaxed vibe. The beds are very comfortable and the room spacious and quiet. Good coffee in the morning :) The rooftop is nice. The staff were so very helpful and nice. We had a wonderful stay thank you so much, and we hope to come back soon.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The location was beautiful, right next to the cathedral and quiet cobbled streets. The hotel is stunning and every detail is so tasteful . Amazing, fresh breakfast every day with a great choice of different options. And the Host- the most wonderful human being and so attentive. I’m definitely going back. Thank you for the most amazing stay.

Beautiful attic room with private balcony/ terrace sun loungers with towels to use . On arrival the friendly staff showed us where to use the car park . We were lucky to be offered an earlier check in which was very helpful . Great location for exploring

Too many cars in a small street, the windows were not soundproof.

Everything was perfect except the noise in the street. Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel staff was kind and polite, always at our service. The bed and mattress were the best I ever had in an hotel.

OMG! I have only few words about our one night stay. We absolutely LOVED our Atico Suite! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED! The location, the house itself, the interior architecture solutions, the decor - everything was just up to our taste! The girls working downstairs were also both very helpful and lovely. Breakfast had all we needed and everything was super tasty.. coffee was super quality and made to order, selection of cakes - OMG! I wish we could stay in Suites 1478 for days! Sadly we have chosen the nomadic lifestyle of traveling and were driving around the island. Because we got in a bad traffic on the highway on our way there, we arrived later, but we were warmly greeted. Thank you for that! We loved our room from the first seconds and that is why we decided to arrange our dinner from the upstairs honesty bar and just enjoyed our room - thanks especially for that opportunity! We just did not want to leave our comfy beautiful rooftop room!

A minor drawback was the breakfast; although there was a vast selection, it lacked traditional omelettes. You could certainly have got one of those by asking.

The hotel really was a spectacle and the whole thing was crowned with stunning artwork and paintings. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The only really minor shortcoming was breakfast, there was a huge choice but less traditional omelettes. The location of the hotel is perfect, just step outside and you are at the door of the first museum and a couple of minutes walk away is the cathedral with a stunning view from the hotel roof terrace. The shower and bed in the hotel room get a special mention. Parking in Las Palmas can be challenging, but the hotel's garage was a helpful solution, especially given the tight turns suitable for our medium-sized car. Maneuvering a larger vehicle on the serpentine roads or to garage would have been cumbersome.

Lovely stay, enjoyed everything and every day. Location is perfect, it's near the cathedral and in 5 min is city center, shops and the market. The breakfast ist super delicious, with fresh ingredients and ofc many varieties of fruits. The staff is very polite and very helpful. It was very clean and the facilities were great. The balcony was wonderful, we had room nr 5. We enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas and in this hotel.

I think the picture of the girl holding a toaster in the bathtub was a bit too disturbing  for a hotel setting.

this is an exceptional boutique hotel in the heart of the old city of Las Palmas  very close to the cathedral. It is actually the best place we have stayed in through booking.com. The room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable with the most comfortable beds ever..Very modern refurbishment and all the right touches. our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at 1pm and we were served coffee and tea whilst we waited without charge. There is art everywhere which we enjoyed.  The staff were gentle and lovely. Nothing seemed to be too much bother. breakfast was a work of art in itself. Definitely the best I’ve had in a hotel or B@B.
