In the old town of the city and within good walking distance to places of interest. So comfortable and great air conditioning. We were given very helpful ideas re visiting the city. Appreciated having a lovely apartment to relax in as we were on a month long tour of Portugal and Spain.

Bathroom needs an overhaul, poor plumbing (understand it is in an old city centre area) and ventilation. Shower head was very poor, like a garden hose. On first look the bathroom looks modern and clean but grout needs cleaning with bleach, new toilet flusher, better ventilation system and new shower fittings. The window was able to open fully but we didn't want to leave it open at night for bugs to come in. WiFi was a bit slow but didn't bother us too much as we were out and about the city a lot.

Location and ease of entry was excellent. Codes text on the day of arrival. Spacious apartment with comfy beds in both rooms and modern air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and living area. Kitchen has all you need for a few days stay and the breakfast items are an added bonus especially when travelling with children. They loved the muffins and orange juice.

The upstairs neighbors are stomping and talking very loudly or moving furniture. Would not recommend if you need quiet when sleeping or if you have misophonia.

It was very clean and comfortable. Close to city center. Kitchen is well equipped. It’s quite spacious: 2 bedrooms and common area with kitchen. No noise from outside.

Great apartment right in the city center, very close to one of the numerous squares that exist in the city. The hostess was very polite, always available if needed and provided info to all our questions. The breakfast is more than adequate and full for 4 persons. The apartment was very clean, it had all amenities and equipment necessary. Finally, it is very convenient that there is space available for leaving your luggage before checking in or after leaving.

The bedrooms may be noisy at night and two of the four do not have heating or conditioning. We happened to visit on cold and rainy weather so it was difficult to get warm in the house

Very nice host. When we arrived, our host had prepared a bottle of wine and muffins. Well equipped kitchen. Good location.

TV was a bit on the small side and in a poor location. There was also not really enough space on the couch for 4 people, but as we were sight seeing most of the time it didn’t really affect our stay. Quite a few mosquitoes in the apartment - our kids were bitten a lot, so would suggest to future travellers to keep the windows shut. A bit hard though as there isn’t any ventilation fan to the bathroom.

Well equipped kitchen, and the host generously left us two bottles of wine, coffee, milk, juice, muffins, ham, cheese, toast, butter, jam and eggs to make our own breakfast. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is handy with the Center of town within walking distance. Some nice restaurants close by and handy to the supermarket just 2 minutes away.

The apartment was well located in the city. It was quite and it was clean. The host continuously communicated with us even checking to see that we had arrived and had got access to the apartment. The host also left the apartment well stocked with food and even a bottle of wine. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Can certainly recommend it.

The breakfast is not a real breakfast as you would imagine. You get some prepackaged ham, butter, eggs and jam in the fridge and a square bread. Don't dream of a classic continental breakfast or not even a fresh croissant. There are options nearby to get this in cafés, but you need to dress up and leave the apartment for this. One of the bed was a bit bumpy, meaning if one was moving even a bit the other felt it like earthquake. Some of the furniture requires fixing and there is a loud buzzing noise after each toilet use. Mayor asked 7€ extra for storing our luggage for about 3 hours after check out. I felt it's unfair a bit as this is usually free service.

Air-conditioning was working well in all rooms, the apartment was clean, the mayor was very kind and helpful. Location is great as well, close to city center and shopping streets. Main attractions like palace and cathedral is about 15 mins walking.

Bit of a time-lag communicating only through booking.com which could possibly be streamlined - but very minor issue and wouldn't deter us from staying there again or recommending to others.

Great location near Alameda de Hercules with plenty of choice for places to eat and hang out in the evenings with the locals and access to markets and shops in the surrounding streets during the day. Coffee/Tea and food for breakfast was included which made it easy to get up and running before heading out to explore the city. Given access to the apartment once it was ready when we arrived a little earlier than expected which was very welcome during the summer heat.

There isn't really anything to dislike.

Perfect if you are looking for home away from home and in the heart of an old city. Yet it was away from the noise as the apartment is tucked away in little residential complex. The host was excellent and catered to our requirements well

Very minor need for a small saucepan!

Great choice for breakfast including gluten free options and bacon and eggs. The owner was very responsive to our wishes and even allowed us in early. The location was good as everywhere was a short walk away, about 15 min to the Alcazar area. Taxis were always easy to find if needed. Apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. The Alameda de Hurcules area is fun in the evenings if you don't want to go to the centre of the city.

Don’t know if it’s a Spanish thing, but mattresses very hard.

On opening fridge actually said “Wow”. Great choice. Good coffee. Fabulous location for walking everywhere. By car to park overnight the access was tricky.
