Couldn’t quite figure out the tv to watch local programs. Netflix was on there but under other peoples names and couldn’t access films. Didn’t bother to ask for help because it didn’t ruin the stay or anything

The bedding wasn’t warm enough for us at night. Any time the AC kicked on, the kids complained that they were cold.

Central location with lots of restaurants and transit options nearby. Clean property with bike rental available.

Probably due to the layout of the room, it was felt cramped. Outlook for the Gran via which means a bit of noise. Since the walls were dark even when the light was on it was still pretty dark. But anyway i still consider this place as a good spot!

Such a great stay at Soho, the location is ideal to walk into the centre and also has a Metro stop right outside the hotel. The staff were always very friendly and could not be more helpful when asking for info. The rooms are cleaned well and offer great facilities for your stay.

Great location just outside the metro stop and a couple minutes from the train station. From there just a few minutes walk to all the historic attractions. You’ll need to take a taxi to the beach, but that’s only about 10 minutes.

It was great value for the price and whilst we didn't plan to eat in the apartment, it was great to have the facility to make a cup of coffee or tea before heading out to explore Valencia. We brought our own tea and coffee with us as we usually do when we travel but there were coffee pods and a coffee machine there as well as a kettle. The location was ideal, just by the Bull Ring (Plaza de Toros) and only a 5 minute walk to the edge of the Old Town. It was an ideal place to stay for a short break and we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were also very helpful and gave directions and booked taxis as required.

Parking was offsite and finding temporary parking to offload luggage was difficult you find.

Close enough to walk to Old Town and central to Ruzafa neighborhood which is great district to explore

The cleanliness of the bathroom. Need to improve.

Excellent 2-night stay here. A perfectly convenient location within easy reach (10-minute walk) to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff as they helped us check in close to 11PM. Comfortable bed, well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there in the room (fridge, cooking utensils, coffee machine, even air conditioner). Could not ask for more. Will definitely return if I go to Valencia again.

A little noisy next to a main street, windows well isolated but no opportunity to open due to noise. Good connection to both old and new city thanks to good public transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Having to leave! Could have happily stayed several more days.

Reception staff were very helpful. Apartment was clean & well equipped. Hotel near two mainline stations. Metro, tram & bus close by ( buy a ticket at reception) Very nice city centre & historic area very interesting. Easy to go to science park with amazing modern architecture, marina, beach & promenade with lots of places to eat. Very relaxed atmosphere everywhere, nice friendly people.

Location - Russafa district is great, the market, cafes, bars, vintage shops. 20 min walk to old town. Staff on check in were lovely. Room spacious and well kitted out. Bed comfortable.
