Only comments how to improve further are maintenance related - refilling of washing gels during our stay and water leaking from shower to corridor / bed room

Main reason to select Tandem Portico was private sun terrace at heart of Alicante - it was really worth of our expectations (shelter from the wind, sunny almost whole day). Kitchen was well equipped (for 4 persons), even washing machice included. Living area nicely separated from bed room. Modern and clean apartment

The bathroom design was not great, the base is not deep enough so the water goes everywhere anytime you're using it. I imagine it's not an easy fix as it would require to rip it all out. Wouldn't stop us coming back though.

We had the Attic apartment with a huge terrace, and we were very happy with it, it was spacious, modern, had everything you need and more. The location was great, right in the middle of everything, couple of mins walk to the seaside, and couple of mins from the entrance to the castle and near all the good restaurants. Beautiful view of the castle from the balcony.

The water tank is not particularly large so you have to hurry when taking shower. Also, the shower cabin is not deep enough so the water spills out to the bathroom floor. But there’s a mop so not a big deal. The place is really nice, anyway!

The apartment is nice and cosy, very clean and looks quite spacious, the bed and the pillows were comfortable and I slept very well. I liked the many sources of ambient light, and four windows with small balconies. We reported that the sofa was ill-assembled to the reception desk and it was fixed in no time. Very close to the beach and city centre and the castle, a lot of places to eat/have a drink nearby.

Wish there was hangers for towels in the bathroom, and a towel rail that was heated. A cooker would also have been a bonus, but its spacious and clean, which was great.

Great location, easy to check in and clean. Plenty of good places to eat on the doorstep. Pharmacy across from the door of the apartment, also a bonus.

Unfortunately the way the cupboards were fitted in the kitchen, my husband kept banging his head. The reason for this was that the upper cupboards were the same depth as the lower cupboards. So every time he went to the sink and bent over to wash up or turn on the tap, he banged his head. Because I am not as tall as my husband, it wasn't a problem for me (I'm 5' 4") as the cupboards were quite high up on the wall, so I missed them when I was at the sink. It is such a shame as I loved everything else about the property. We were hoping to find somewhere to visit frequently but this has put us off staying here again :(

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfy. There was everything in the kitchen we needed, including a kettle. The living room was lovely and light with tall windows. Decor was very modern. The property is in a great position, quite near the beach and lots of restaurants. It wasn't noisy as we were on the 3rd floor. There is a safe in the bedroom wardrobe.

Bit of miscommunication between finding the place and the parking and the card for it... Will get noisy during the night so either AC or listen to the restaurants around the corner.

Parking as an option was nice, just a bit far. Apartment was great nothing to complain about it, the building itself is amazing. The location is also great for walking around.

The location is superb, the heart of old town, two steps from the Town Hall, bus stop and supermarket. The apartment is very luxurious amd comfortable. Kitchen kitted out well the bathroom spacious.

The blinds in the bedroom in suite 3A require minor maintenance, as the sun-blocking blind cannot be rolled down, however the semi permeable blind functioned well so we had no problem sleeping

Fascinating and cozy cottage-like interior design with a modern touch, spacious and comfortable. Despite the check in being somewhat late at 16:00 pm, the process went seamless and fast with the professional and friendly desk staff at the eurostars portico hotel. The suite is equipped with everything you need. Washing machine kettle broom etc.

I continously book Tandem apartments, clean, beautiful apartments 5 mins from the beach, 5 mins from restaurants and very close to shopping area. Great staff. 5 stars and the only place I'd book in alicante

It can be noisy as the place is next to the street with the restaurants and bars. The apartment is very minimally furnished, and additional hangers in the bathroom for towels would be practical.

Great location in the city center and 5 min from the bus station to go to the airport. apartment is very modern and clean and the staff at the hotel was very helpful with all our requests.

Some odd smells as others mention, but not too bad and comes and goes. Could provide more towels.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect central place. Great shower, great lighting and great finish all round. Spotlessly clean apartment, the entrance from the street and even the lift all well looked after.
