The hotel had some really quirky features and use of mirrors made it look bigger than it really is. Staff were very helpful.

The furniture and leather on the beds are very worn and should be replaced.

Kind and helpful staff, nice location close to restaurants and center of Barcelona, clean & romantic rooms. Great housekeeping departement. Comfortable beds and nice balcony in the junior suite where we stayed.

The AC runs a little loud but it was fine. The outlets by the bed are a little difficult to access.

Really good location, friendly staff, feature filled room. Loved the art installations and the glass elevator. We will definitely stay here again.

No complimentary water in the room. (4 stars? Seriously?) Towels hanging right in the bathroom, might get wet.

Nothing really. Disappointed that the tourist tax x added nearly €30 to my stay.

I had a problem with the shower arrangements and my room was changed with no fuss. The staff were lovely and put up with my stumbling Spanish

Unfortunately the rooms furnitures were a little bit old and the curtains are dirty... and they said there are a swimming pool but its size just a big jacuzzi.

The positioning of the bathroom and shower room. We had to leave the bathroom to wash our hands The lights were very bright in the bathroom which hit the bed in the middle of the night.

Switching lights on and off could have been easier

Rooftop dipping pool was great, no street noise although room was on a busy street.

Nothing, all good.

Plenty of restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Room excellent once you figure out how the lights work. Staff very friendly. Good little plunge pool on roof.

Overall the room was a bit run down. I found quite heavy dust and dirt build up around the room especially behind the tv’s. On one morning I was woken up around 7/7:30 to someone entering our room. I think it may have been a cleaner. They left immediately but didn’t actually shut the door just left it open.

The hotel was nice and the pool was a handy feature for the end of a hot day. Fresh towels daily was appreciated and the balcony view was great.

Unusual style of hotel. Room was good, had a fridge, coffee making facilities, but the young man on reception was exceptionally helpful and always said hello to us as well as making some good restaurant recommendations. Little things to us just make you feel welcome.

I had no dislikes for this property other than they took away the tables in front of the hotel every night and did not put them back until 8 AM in the morning and I’m an early riser and like to go out and smoke so that is my only complaint

The property was clean and inspected regularly. The staff was very friendly, and my room was spacious and up-to-date with modern appliances.

A little bit out of the centre of town

Certainly a different hotel. All white decor with lots of mirrors. The rooftop pool looked very nice and would have used if had more time.

Excellent location, close to the metro and near great restaurants and cafes. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. High quality soaps.

Could have done with a couple of English speaking TV channels

Fantastic hotel, great location, wonderful staff and quite simply the most comfortable bed and pillows ever!! Air con was super and loved the lighting.

Roof pool very small and there was no bar or drinks to enjoy it. No English breakfast tea in the morning or in the room as had run out.

Really quiet location and only 15 mins walk to busy streets. Comfy beds, staff really friendly and breakfast varied hot and cold. Staff so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend hotel for location away from busy streets but close to everything.
