Hotel was great, choice of food for breakfast was also great. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Area outside of the hotel premises is a bit run down, but great walk along the sea front. All in all yes I would return to this hotel again.

Was just missing music at the pool it felt a bit quiet for us however we are a lively couple. Everything else was perfect

The hotel staff were so helpful and pollite. The breakfast was fantastic - very diversed and good food. We spent most of our time at the pool area as the environment was so relaxed and service from the staff top notch. Best hotel I have been at Tenerfie and highly recommend this hotel.

The whole experience was FANTASTIC! The facilities were superb and we loved every second of the stay - both room and common areas. The staff was beyond kind and helpful! Shout out to Dennis and his recommendations that made out experience even better around Tenerife.

Price has definitely gone up since last year but it seems that way everywhere. Shower leaked a bit into the adjacent toilet cubicle but not a big deal.

Beautiful hotel, staff are lovely and food is plentiful and delicious. Sunset yoga overlooking the sea was a highlight. Great location next to the beach.

The room we had hadn’t really a nice view despite paying for a side sea view we could see little of this. Mostly side of buildings. Pool hadn’t enough umbrellas with ones being moved by staff if it wasn’t being used at a particular time but needed when really sunny.

Good choice of food for breakfast. Nice pool with pool bar and little extras brought around for free ie. drinks, ice cream. The room we had was quite basic but clean.

The pillows were very uncomfortable we could have done with another blanket at times ,the pool area was a bit crowded and the path leading down to the beach was very dirty and alot of rubbish around .

The breasfast and dinner were lovely with such a big selection and very helpful and friendly staff ,the Entertainment in the eavening was very enjoyable and lovely seating area and around the lobby and bar area ,our room was lovely with a view to the pool town and beach !!

It’s a short walk into the town/ harbour area. Not particularly attractive part. Much better to walk the other way along what I think is called “The Strip”. The further along you walk the prettier the scenery becomes. We asked for breakfast to be delivered to our room on the day of departure as we had an early flight. Unfortunately when we chased it up it turned out that they had booked it for the previous morning in error!

Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and offered a welcome drink while we checked in. Luggage brought up to our room promptly. Breakfast was amazing! Absolutely everything available to suit all tastes. Pool and facilities were lovely. Good entertainment in the evenings too.

This hotel is too expensive. The waves at the beach were unpredictable which made swimming dangerous.

The price is too expensive. When I have added flights, lunches and dinners to the cost, it came to nearly €3000. I went on a 16 day Caribbean Cruise last year with flights meals and drinks, included and it cost me €3000 which was similar to a week in the Iberostar Sabila.

The staff and hotel were lovely. The location , sun loungers and proximity to the beach were very good. Room cleanliness and water dispenser were very good. The breakfasts and lunches were very good

Towels on the sun beds

This is our 5th time in a row coming to the hotel We wouldn’t change it at all. Except the towel on the sun bed the staff were absolutely wonderful. We can’t fault this hotel in any way And we will be returning next year.
