The access card did not work for the second day. It was uncomfortable to call the helpdesk late at night. But it was resolved soon.

Spacious, clean apartment with everything you need. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. More than anything, kind, helpful and friendly staff! I made a mistake of arriving a day earlier (I had booked another hotel for that day but mistakingly went to this hotel), but the staff treated me with kindness and respect, and never made me feel awkward. I appreciated their professionalism. I will definitely come back!

Some of the furniture looks worn down

The apartment was great, equipped with everything you need. The room is very spacious and has lots of storage space. The location is great. Only 5 minutes from the metro station. It's also very nice that the building had an elevator. The staff is very kind.

A very good apartment enough to visit 4 persons. There is not enough privacy between the 2 rooms but its ok. The bathroom was very good and also the kitchen equipments. It was very clean and the staff very gently. Overall the apartment it is value for money and in a very good location.

This was a roomy apartment on the top floor, we found it to be clean and quiet. It was in a good location and within walking distance of some major sites. The front desk staff were very helpful.

All was good.

All was good. No problems. Metro station in close. Apartment is spacious, clean and nice. For family of 4 people - all was great! restorants, supermarkets, shops are near as well. If you are strong in walking - all main city objects can be reached by foot. Great location!

Bed was a little hard for me, but I did sleep well every night. Light from the oven shines into the bedroom part all night and is quite bright.

The man at reception when we arrived was very nice and extremely helpful giving us a map, highlighting all the places to visit and even telling us about the bus numbers and local supermarket. 😀 The location was in a very nice part of Barcelona and it felt safe there. Room was spacious and had all the utensils you need. Nice lighting.

The shutters were great at keeping out any street noise, but we had a noisy family above us so there were a few early starts. Nothing against the property itself, and hardly unexpected in a busy city!

Location is great, very close to 2 metro stations if you want to go further, but we also walked from the apartment most days. The neighbourhood is great for food / bars and felt very safe. Check-in was really easy, it's only a 5-10 min walk from the Airport bus stop and the hosts were there to let us in, and give us some local tips on what to do and how to get around. The apartment itself was very clean, great amenities like coffee machine, shampoos & even slippers & has aircon if you need it. Would highly recommend
